Personalized, friendly service without a "pitch." Loved the fact that my mattress was made here in Illinois, in Springfield too. The warehouse is a historic building that was an ice house between the 1910s and 1938 and has the original interior wood plank walls.

Horrible customer service! Called for a pricing and when asked that’s the best price he can do, Mike told us to go back to the city and mumble a few things & hung up on us! Very unprofessional and rude! Don’t waste your time or money here!

Large selection of mattresses of all types. Low prices. Very, very friendly customer service. You have to look for the storefront because it's a little off the road. This place is a gem!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Mike is absolutely wonderful and not pushy at all. My queen box spring wouldn't fit up the stairs of my new home so he was able to get me a queen box spring that comes in two and delivered/set up same day! I recommend this company highly and will buy all future mattresses here!

I have bought 3 beds from Mattress Warehouse of Dekalb every time I do business here the owner is amazing great deals and he very knowledgeable of his product. Nothing is better then supporting your mom and pop businesses. Every time I go here there are customers making purchases. With the amazing service this is why this place does well. So come out and make a purchase you will not be disappointed

He's really nice when he's trying to sell you, but if you have problems sleeping on the mattress he will not give an exchange and he threw us out of the store.

Just bought a bed today I'm so glad they're open again and today; much better prices than I've seen on even online made in USA. My previous bed was bought here also and after 7 years my FAT A** fell on it and broke it even so, I slept well on it last night. Found out that this place delivers locally as an added plus.

I wanted to buy a bed today so I went to Mattress Warehouse of DeKalb. The owner is very nice. He showed me several options and listened to the budget I was working with. I got a very good price on a Full size complete bed set (frame, box spring & mattress) WITH same day delivery. On Sunday. He charged a small fee to take away my old futon and it was money well spent! I absolutely recommend this local store!
