The manager Melissa and all their sales associates are phenomenal! Cannot say enough good things about this store, the manager, and sales staff. The store displays the clothes in such a fashion as to make you want to buy everything! The associates go above and beyond to assist you (especially Susan) in finding just what you're looking/need. Melissa is a role model for Customers Service, I'm a tough critic on this and she superseded my expectations. Thank you Melissa!

Shopping anywhere else as a plus size woman is a freaking NIGHTMARE. Maurices makes it a super pleasant experience that left me feeling like I could be cute and confident, and the sales definitely made my budget happy. I left with a pair of high waisted boot cut jeans that are super figure flattering plus three shirts for $80. The sales staff was super helpful as well, and I had a great time shopping!

Elena Is Amazing!!!!!!. If you go there look for her!!!!! She is so kind and polite. She will get you right ! She has an eye for fashion and makes you feel special when you walk through the door!!!!!!!!

Came into town to visit with family and she showed me some of the clothing she had purchased from there, super cute so we went there after shopping at target connected in the plaza. So we walked over with our cart since my 2 autistic children were in the cart and content and we knew they would stay out of trouble while we were shopping. We were greeted by to associates they were very welcoming. Then we were confronted by someone else and said that we could leave the cart outside and shop even after explaining my children had special needs and she said it was an insurance issue. So instead of going to buy myself a new wardrobe I told her then you know what we are just going to leave and not return.

So me and my friend went in to return a package. Was greeted nicely, then things went south. Lady with really bad eyeliner and attitude who I think is named Melissa, gave my friend, who was being very nice, a very difficult time. Took forever with the return, and gave a lot of attitude. 1/5 would rather swallow glass than go back.

Went shopping today, which I have come to loathe doing since having kids. But I had the best time. All the employees were fun, extremely helpful, and polite. I was able to find clothes that fit me, that I felt beautiful in, and I am looking forward to going back! The girls working there today understood the real needs most women have when looking for clothes. Thanks ladies, you really made my day!
