“I was highly impressed with a thoroughness of the hearing test itself. It was not like in the past. I was also impressed with the time spent with me and all the questions I had to ask and the answers I received. People without a hearing disability, don't understand what it's like to hear someone speak but not understand what they are saying, and to know why. I have a much better understanding now of my disability and the limits of it. This wasn't explained to me in the past. The hearing aids I bought are godsend with a couple tweaks they will be better.
