Pretty disappointed in how down hill Micheals has gone. Their prices have gotten pretty inflated. I also went in to buy some fabric, found out they stopped selling it by the foot and was told they sell it pre-cut and they didn't have any. They only have sowing machines, thread, and needles but absolutely no fabric. Pretty disappointed

You have to use the online order to get any kind of good discount. I saw some haybales I wanted and I saw it was less than 10 online but you have to pay full price in the store. Also the online order pick up took over 10 mins. The store was not busy and I was the only one waiting for the pick up

Trying to purchase a gift card is a joke. The cashier couldn't get it to go through so he calls for assistance and they tell him 5- 10 minutes before someone else can help. Wth!? When someone finally came, no sorry for the wait, no thank you for the purchase! Do better Michaels or Hobby lobby will get ALL of my business!

I really enjoy going to this Michael's! They have a wonderful selection (that has only gotten better with time) and such sweet employees. There are often sales on "out-of-season" seasonal items, which I tend to buy in advance anyway, which is really helpful. Something I have enjoyed in recent months is the ever-growing yarn section, where I am able to shop for even more of the colors I need without gambling with buying the right shade online. You are bound to find something worthy of the trip when you go here.

Picked up my balloons the day before letting them off and they failed. Then I kept getting a notice that I did not pickup my order for three days. Finally they figured out I did pick it up. I wish this thing accepted videos to show how poorly this was. 😢

Michaels is always a cool store- sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming because there are so many cool items. But I always know if I need something artsy or crafty- I know I can find whatever I need here.
