I have a longstanding beef with this gas station. I’ve lived in DeKalb for a decade and have seen it decline severely over the last few years, so much so I’ve stopped coming entirely when I can avoid it. I write this while I stand here at the pump because it was the only gas station on the way to my destination without getting totally off the highway.
Most of the pumps are “out of service” today, but this is normal here. I can’t recall a time in the last several years now where more than four pumps were open. Additionally, every single time I’m here, they pump unbelievably so. I started filling up my car then looked this place up on google, have written this review, and my car has only filled five gallons in nearly 10 minutes. Absolute scam of a gas station. The only reason they’re still getting business is because of their location.

I had a frustrating experience at this Mobil gas station. The restroom was absolutely filthy—poopy toilet paper everywhere, and the smell was awful.
To make matters worse, when we got a flat tire and needed to use the air machine, the cashier was completely unhelpful. She didn’t know the cost of the machine, and when I asked for quarters in exchange for cash, she refused to open the register unless I bought something—despite a long wait and multiple customers paying by card. When I asked if I could get cash back with a card purchase, she said no.
There was no effort to assist or provide even basic customer service.

Terrible place to go if you’re looking for truck parking, and the staff was not very knowledgeable about what was sold in their own store

What are shitty service they don’t authorize the pump for a truck driver. She kept saying you need to prepaid corporate cards not authorized to be prepaid. You hold their ID and their corporate card. You authorize the pump and the driver comes back to you and Finish the transaction. This woman at the desk, horrible attitude no no no go away go away. We don’t do this. Oh my God you bothering me and the manager was almost the same. truck drivers don’t come here this place don’t welcome you. This is Not the 7-Eleven I know. Horrible staff

The bathroom was really dirty. The toilet paper was on the floor and the trash was overflowing. The other stall wasn't great either.

Filthy with garbage overflowing. Outdoors, roller items and bathroom trash were overflowing and appears to have not been emptied in days. Walls and counters covered in dried drips of something. This place needs a good scrub.
