I came in 2 days after the 30 day return policy and would not even offer a credit. If the item depreciated I would of even taken that. I will never purchase from old navy again.

I was lied to about the promotion. I was told if I signed up for their card, I would receive the discount. Since it was a large purchase I signed up. Then was told after I applied that the promo is applied upon approval which can take 7-10 business days. So I ended up paying in full and once I’m approved, the discounted amount can go towards future purchases. Will never shop here again.

Expensive but some of the stuff is ok. Should be able to find clearance items most of the time that might be worth buying.

A good quality Old Navy. Perhaps not as large or diverse as some urban/suburban versions, but I enjoy shopping here for clothing. Grateful to have it in town.

Small store, but you can still find deals. Prices are up in general, though. I'm glad it's back!
