“I am writing to thank Alexander, an employee in the DeKalb, Illinois, Sherwin-Williams paint store for exceptional customer service. l am going to have a number of rooms and a lot of woodwork re-painted in my home and I wanted to find one woodwork color that would visually work well in several rooms with different wall colors. Alexander was friendly and helpful at all 4 of my store visits as I went back and forth over a number of days trying out colors at my home. He taught me about mixing colors in paints and I was able to create a custom color for woodwork that will look wonderful. Thank you, Alexander! And thank you for always carrying the paint to my car; it is difficult to carry paint while walking with a cane. Good luck to you in all your endeavors!”
