Apparently this company is removing reviews so I'm going to leave mine AGAIN. And this time I'm saving it to notes And if they remove it again I'll just keep coming back and posting it.
THIS IS THE WORST ROSS LOCATION IN NORTHERN ILLINOIS. They are always last to prepare and organize their store for the holidays compared to All the other Ross stores around Illinois which are already stocked and ready to sell in early November. It's mid-December and they are barely starting to put out the extra shelves and tables for seasonal merchandise. I already sent an email to the purchasing manager and they said they would fix the problem and they have done nothing. It's always a waste of time coming to this location. I'm lucky if I find one thing I'm looking for that is showing up at all the other Ross's across the country.
Apparently the store owners here don't like money. I frequent this location once or twice a week and if they had been stocked they would have taken thousands from me already.

Was there with my daughter with lots of things on our shopping cart..my daughter needed to use the bathroom and it was locked..went to the front where I found 2 employees chatting and asked for help..they said they will send someone to open the bathroom...we waited for about 10 mins and no one showed up....I never seen a locked bathroom in a store before .just weird....needles to say we left our shopping car full there and left....
