When this store was built, it was nice, organized and had great customer service. Today, the store is organized and the customer service is great, but the store is disgusting. There are dust bunnies floating around on the ground, floors that have not been swept or mopped, all of the shelves are covered in dust, the water fountains have trash setting on them and have not been serviced or cleaned in, what appears to be, years, and the front entrance is littered with trash, dust and dirt. This seems to be a common theme among chain stores in DeKalb.

I usually love shopping here . The current manager is really uptight ,doesn’t meet the customers expectations nor try’s to problem solve . It would be nice if she learned how to accommodate customers . Highly disappointed.
There’s a guy named Steve who worked at this location and he was extremely pleasant polite and very accommodating. What a joy to see everytime I come into the store

I’m from Berwyn IL & was in the area so I figured why not stop in to see what they had to offer, let me just start off by saying it was a great decision. I first stopped at the jewelry department and I had the most sweetest/beautiful soul of the name Jeniena taking care of me & I can definitely say I have never received great/attentive service like I did this day. She was so sweet showing me all types of jewelry and she was so patient with me. She deserves all the recognition because she was so pleasant!
