“Always helpful staff! I have one issue, not with the store but with the tyson vapes. We bought one 2 days ago and yesterday it started not turning on or hitting even when it was switched to on. No screen light up. We KNOW it's not dead. While charging, the screen lights up but once its finished, again won't smoke or turn on off charger. Can't smoke it on the charger. Also when charging if you put it back on it shows a different number than what it did the first time so like 50% then 35% then 70% its inconsistent. Is this just a loss that we take or is there an action where we can take that I feel our 20 something dollars aren't wasted on a vape that doesn't work? Pls help cuz I'm a bit frustrated and just sad.”
