Heather at the UPS store was extraordinarily helpful, patient, friendly. I desperately needed to print a file from laptop. She patiently explained the process and took time to print the two sided document with the very best results.

I don't normally leave reviews for places such as this. However, I had the most pleasant experience here today. I needed to drop off a package before heading to the DMV, which I was already dreading. When I entered, there were a few customers in front of me. To my surprise, the worker helping the line of customers had a big smile on her face! She assisted swiftly, but took the time to greet each customer, ask about their day, and even complimented a lady on her shirt. Another lady was having a hard time with something on her phone. The employee was incredibly patient and understanding, letting the customer know it was no rush. I didn't see a name tag, but she had short brown hair with blonde highlights in the front and glasses. It may sound silly, but it was a breath of fresh air to see someone actually enjoying what they do and genuinely care about our experience. I hope she is being recognized for her amazing service!

I've gone to this location several times to drop off or ship packages. It's always a pleasure to deal with the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. Today I went in to get a passport photo taken and all three of the staff members were cheerful and very helpful. The whole process was easy, and I was out of there in no time! Don't listen to the haters like Jamila Brown. I don't know why people need to be hateful when leaving a review. It's gross and uncalled for. So, go to this location, you won't be disappointed!

Be very cautions dropping off your packages at this location my package came up missing. All of a sudden when I got the police involved my package just randomly pops up no apology from the store manager Katana or anything. Trust me one of her worker tried to steal my iPhone16(the transgender is the one who took my box he didn't file it in rt away or tape the box up in my face next time I'll be more careful.

I love the UPS store at the corner of 23 and Bethany. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. My favorite part of going to this business is the employee named Cal.
As in California she says.
She is exceptional in her knowledge of anything you need to know. She is kind and thorough. She always has a cheerful disposition and is willing to take the time to help you in whichever way she can.
A definite thumbs up!

There is an employee at this store who is so amazing. She is fast and efficient but more than that she is kind. She spreads joy, she radiates happiness. You can’t help but smile just interacting with her for a moment. She makes every single customer feel like they are special and important. She has only nice things to say and she literally makes the world a better place just by being in it. I have told her this, and she still finds a way to compliment me and others. She is a true gift to this establishment. The worst part, I don’t know her name! I’m going to ask next time and update this. She is truly astonishing.
UPDATE her name is Cali. She is the epitome of kindness. ❤️
