I was told I harassed the staff I dealt with for a year and a half, the manager called the police and said I verbally abused his people which is absolutely not true if they don't know how to deal with customers they shouldn't be in customer service. I was told by the police I was going to be charged with trespassing if I came in there again. Maybe they should train they managers to deal with people, walgreens is a joke!¡!!!!

I've heard stories about people having difficulty getting ADHD medication. I thought these stories weren't true as a Lehan's customers. Never had an issue. At Walgreens it's true! Walgreens pharmacist needs to practice pharmacology and leave their religious influenced opinions at the door and be professional.

This walgreens does not abide to adequate customer service care. My experience at this walgreens with all their online ordering system is terrible. They have cancelled my order several times without proper notice or reasons. They do not follow the app functions for different pick up options and they don't follow the times available for deliveries. Don't even bother ordering from them. You'll only be disappointed and they will waste your time.

The amount of times I have called a prescription in, sometimes a few days in advance, and it’s STILL not filled when I stop by has become increasingly frustrating and I’m about ready to switch pharmacies.

very bad sevice. I was bring the fed drop off box to here. The sign say no bigger than 48"*25"*25". I just bring the box 20*20*16,Ths store Tmanager came over and told me that I couldn't place my luggage here, but my dimensions were not exceeded. Why wouldn't they let me put it here? The manager's service attitude is very poor.

VERY RUDE/INDIFFERENT PHARMACY - All well until needed a probiotic now locked up. Indifferent pharmacy tech instructed me to "push the button for help." There was no button, so she 'grabbed' the phone and called for help. 3 or 4 mins later no one there, asked again and told "I just did" but again no help 2 minutes waiting. Found a stocker who went herself and got the key and helped me. None of the other 5 - 6 pharmacy ever made contact until I argued with the Tech. They do not like being questioned as then ALL were staring at me, the Pharmacist manager (with no key?) 'took over' and asked what was wrong, but clearly was not listening, very POOR customer service and training here- if just one had even pretended to care about a 5 minute trip turning into 20, no one goes an extra step here..

Only one worker on the floor during PEAK business hours. Waited TWENTY MINUTES at the photo counter to get my package. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went to pickup my daughters prescription which I had called about an hour before to make sure it was ready(which by the phone the rep told me it was). I arrive and the tech at the register is so rude, cuts you off and very unprofessional. She has dark hair, light complexion. Could tell she wasn’t having a good day considering she was talking like that to the previous customer.
She Had to call the pharmacist to explain the directions , due to her not wanting to speak further and me mentioning to her “looks like you’re having a bad day”.
Better customer service is needed, just because you’re having a bad day doesn’t mean you have to treat everyone rude. If you don’t like your job then quit. Please do better. Pharmacist in the other hand was very nice and pleasant and explained without a problem. I went today around 8:30pm. If you can avoid coming around that time to avoid that tech please do.

I've been going to this walgreens for 4 years and not have had a reason to write a review until now. I wish I had paid attention to their names but I know they will know who they are. My run in experience was an actual experience. We found what we needed, got the help we needed when asked, and the very pleasent woman that helped us gave us information that would be helpful for next time. It made me feel comfortable and not afraid to ask or need something. You know how in walmart or jewel some will scoff and help because it's their job. Well, i guess here they are happy to help. The checkout lady had the most gorgeous hair. She created conversation as well as placing our items in bags that were perfect for them. We had to walk up the stairs and she double badges the heavy items. Some cashiers won't. I really appreciate you both! Thank you! ❤️

Watch your Walgreens points. The clerks like to copy your number down and use your points when they go on their breaks. Their manager doesn't seem to care when it's blatantly employees using the points and hoping no one notices. Thieves.

I had the displeasure of listening to a rude customer complaining to the store manager this evening. The store manager did a wonderful job remaining calm and respectful when talking with this customer and I wanted to make sure the manager knows that this professionalism doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you to the manager and the pharmacy staff for working as hard as they were today!
Wanted to update my review-- Soledad in the pharmacy was super sweet and provided excellent customer service. Thank you for putting a smile on my face!! :)

They need to fix their card reader system.. 12 swipes and they couldn't read my card. Went to CVS no problem. Complete waste of my time after standing in like 15 minutes.
