I come here all the time my job is down the block today the girl gives me the most ugly stare even with me smiling and saying hi would stop looking at me as if i was stealing and than again at the counter with a bad attitude her hair color was different colors thats how i could describe her im not there to steal i buy my snacks and leave its not that serious to stare so hard with a bad attitude grow up

One of the most rude cashiers I've ever met in my life I spend a lot of money on lottery tickets he seemed annoyed that I was buying tickets and there was a rep in there dropping off donuts and it was more important for him to take care of the rep instead of the customers. It was 2 days in a row. Never again. Not sure if this is a franchise shore or corporate.

The people leaving the five stars, if I had to guess, either know the employees or have not been here late at night. Tried getting gas at the pump, but there was an issue so I tried going inside to pay the cashier, there was a paper note on the door saying he would be back in 30 minutes, but when I looked inside the two employees were literally just sitting there on their phones laughing. They clearly saw the two other patrons along with myself and one of them could have helped us as I don’t think it takes more than one person to work a cashier. I’ve also never known an establishment to have BOTH workers go on break at the same time. Clearly shows the laziness of these employees and it’s a shame that 7-Eleven would hire people to just leave paying customers standing there while they sit and laugh. I would completely understand if it was just one person and they needed a break, but they were two females inside sitting, on their phones laughing as they clearly saw that not only myself, but the two other patrons were clearly knocking on the door and asking for help. One of them could easily gotten up and assisted us, and Then gone back to break. The bad reviews couldn’t be more accurate.

I was there at 4:30 a.m. today Totally agree with the other reviews rude no good customer service he rather take care of the grill then to acknowledge me at the counter. The same employee same attitude all the time 1950 touhy Desplains Il.

every time I go there ppl are in there with no masks on. it's a small store and they have a sign on the door but they don't enforce it. I'm not going there anymore
