This location is very poor quality of customer service and not friendly at all. Very stingy to even get a small plate which was just back there for lots of deli goods we’re buying, so we asked for the small plate. The lady said ‘no plate for a customer’ with a very angry face. She didn’t even know how to talk in a proper way. America is a country of the friendly service. Don’t do business for yourself but for your customer. No wonder a lot of customers reviewed with one star.

Don't bring any digital coupons because it's too technical for them. Don't try it here because once they tell you no and you try to go somewhere else your coupon will erase cause you wasted it by opening it at thier store. I never had a problem there until today. I don't understand why you can't scan the coupon like everyone else does. It's so easy no one else has a problem.

I gave them $20 for gas, asked for $10 back. they gave me 2 five dollar bills; and one of the bills was fake.

I went in by myself on July 11th, the day you can get free small Slurpees. I wanted to surprise my family.
The employees could have been a lot nicer. As I made the second Slurpee, one of them shouted, "Only one per customer!". The way she said it felt unnecessary. 😒
When I checked out, a taller employee came towards me. Ever heard of personal space?! 😠
Most of them asked so many questions at once! I felt overwhelmed. 😩
Finally, one of them said I had to pay for a random product to get the 3 Slurpees. Fair enough. However, they didn't have to jump to conclusions thinking I'm trying to get them all for free! I would have understood that I needed to pay for more than one small Slurpee.
So, I got my 3 Slurpees and a boxed apple pie. I felt upset and humiliated as I left. Good Slurpees, but poor service. 🥤🥤🥤🍎🥧
I would not want to return to this 7-Eleven. 👎👎

Advertised a deal for big gulp but don’t let you do it they still just charge you more. They charge me 2.41 with rewards and it’s supposed to be a dollar. Told me I had to get an extra large. Tell me if I’m wrong but that’s an extra large.

If I could give zero that is what I would give and that is what they deserve. I was there past night and the cashier plain out refused to help me and ignored me when I inquired as to why. When I asked for the manager, he told me I would have to come back tomorrow; and when I asked for the store's phone number, told me the store did not have one (tried to call the one on the site and it does not work). The worst customer service and I am lodging a complaint against them through 7/11. DO NOT GO HERR AND GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

This station gets on my nerve so bad for several reasons! The guy working at night always on his phone and speaking foreign language. Plus he'll start singing in his own language when ringing you up! The coffee taste horrible like you will take a sip and toss it in garbage afterwards! The air pump machine for tires is set by default at 32psi ! Why ???? My car is recommended for 36psi ! Why do I have to waste $2 on air for tires and still running low I will stop coming here for sure ...

Wouldn’t trust this place for food. The bathroom is beyond gross and this is something the customers can see. Cannot even imagine the back of this store. Told the cashier and he said is because too many customers but not even the bathrooms at rest stops are this dirty.
