Had both my vehicles worked on. The 85 Mercury needed fluids changed . And new belts . Oil leaking in air filter was fixed. And gave me update on other repairs I need. The 2011 Elantra need all fluids checked as well. And they also replaced radiator hose that was under warranty. Everything they did was excellent.

I have taken my two Honda vehicles to Accurate Auto over the last few years, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. The team here is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed and fixed my car’s issue promptly, and their prices were fair. What stood out most was their transparency; they explained the repairs in a way I could understand and provided an accurate estimate upfront. If you’re looking for a reliable and professional auto repair shop, this place gets my highest recommendation. Thanks to Matt Kepes and David Young.Services: Tires

Great service! Reasonable prices for parts and labor. Staff is very friendly. Their explanations of the work needed on my car were very clear and thorough. I didn’t feel pressured to have repairs done that I didn’t want. Much better experience than going to the dealership!

Serviced my cargo van there. Service was timely and friendly. My problem was AC not working and rattling noise from under the hood. AC was recharged but turns out compressor was bad. Then parts were replaced but noise still there (because of the bad compressor). Probably I should have asked more questions upfront, not guessing what may be wrong, and try to make sure what to expect. $800 later I am pretty much at the same spot.

Steer clear of Inaccurate Auto.In preparation for a 900 mile road trip, I had concerns about my brakes.I am fairly new to the area,so in my Google search I noticed Inaccurate Auto had stellar reviews. Some reviews were from women who where apprehensive about a fair price. Inaccurate Auto had wiped their fears away. That was nice to see but I was not overly concerned about the women thing.Ive had my cars serviced for 40 yrs.I just needed the brakes looked at. So hey I'll check out Inaccurate Auto.I made a appointment and was 5 min. late.I even called to let them know I would be a few min. late.I explained to( Emil the Service Manager) when I drove at high speeds, I felt like a fluttering when I pressed the brake.Right away I got a crazy look from Emil ."Fluttering?"he said.I further explained there was no shaking of vehicle. No scraping or screeching sounds.,No burning smells..No steering wheel shakes. No pulling of vehicle to one side.No pumping of brakes. No feeling of brakes that would fail me.No leaky fluids.Something was just " not right" with the brakes. And fluttering was the best term I could use to describe it.He seemed very perplexed about my vague term..fluttering.I could not be any clearer in my description of my brakes and described every aspect of what it was and not doing..Hence, something is up and I just need them looked at.In a dramatic condescending tone he mocked me to the mechanic who came for the keys."She says the brakes are fluttering" Then he looked at me and said"You tell him!"I told him I feel fluttering in the brake when I pressed on it and something is not right. The mechanic walked away, I left and was sent a diagnosis and estimate sheet for parts and labor.Get ready folks because apparently I had driven these bad boys to the tune of $2800.00.All the rotors ,pads and calipers had to be replaced.$2800.00!.No fricken way! My brakes were not driven to the ground.I took it in because I felt if I had continued to drive it would have gotten worse and more expensive.I told them that it seemed high ,picked up my car and called several knowledgeable people.Everyone I spoke to said there was no way it could be that much.I then drove my car for 2 weeks.Yesterday I brought my car to a legit automotive shop in Arlington Hts.Grand total $735! That is $2000 cheaper .My brakes were in no way ,in the condition Inaccurate Auto claimed them to be.This so called reputable shop had tried to take advantage of me.Was it because I am a woman,or because they routinely misrepresent the work needed to be done?Or because the manager Emil was having a bad day at doing his job.I guess we will never know.BTW I paid $35.00 for a so called complete auto Inspection .I don't trust anything they have in that report. And you shouldn't either. Its not cool to take advantage of people. These are hardtimes .And they definitely took advantage of me and probably many others.Stay away and don't trust Inaccurate Auto.

If you want an auto repair service that is truly honest, knowledgeable, fair and always priced reasonably, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Seriously, don't even bother going anywhere else, especially the dealer. I've been a car nut all my life, and have always wanted a place I could work with where the people knew what they're talking about, actually cared about doing high-quality work and will truly (No BS) do the job right the first time. It's a shame people these days think they have to go to the dealer for repairs on their car because cars have become so complicated that only the dealer knows how to fix them. THAT IS COMPLETE GARBAGE! I needed new rear shocks. I went to the dealer: "Oh, that will be $2,400. It's too bad you didn't come in last month because the shocks went up $150/each since last month." What??!! That's good Lincoln dealer, just set prices as you go. A 30% increase in 1 month - nice try! I got another estimate from Firestone - same garbage. Accurate was recommended to me (nothing better than word-of-mouth), so I thought I'd give them a try. They took my car and inspected EVERTHING, not just the shocks (which btw, the dealer charged me $180 to do). These guys then texted me a list of everything good or in need of repair - with pictures - and indicated what needed to be fixed now and what could wait. Their response was perfect: "No, you can wait a little longer on that one. Why spend the money now if you don't have to, right?" In all, they looked at my car Wednesday. I took it in Friday and the work was done to perfection. Oh, and the price you may ask: Dealer = $2,400, Accurate = $1,750. Again, nice try Lincoln, btw, they pointed out a couple of recalls Lincoln needs to fix. One last thing: the dealer said even if I had work done somewhere else, I would still need to go to them to have them re-scale (or whatever) the shocks. Accurate said, "Ya, that's called pushing a button, and we don't even charge for that." The dealer would have pushed the same button and charged me $180 to do it. Want to keep you car longer and in great shape, take it to these guys. You can thank me later.Services: Steering & suspension replacement

We were recommended by a friend after the owner of our regular shop passed away and everyone we knew there left. Absolutely fabulous service here! Times quoted were accurate and we were kept informed during the service process. We were given a detailed account of the work that still needs to be done. So glad we found a trusted car repair business!Services: General repairs & maintenance
