I used to love shopping here until the Des Plaines store refused to honor the guarantee of satisfaction. If you purchase a single use product and are not satisfied, you can't return the packaging for the refund. I have not received an explanation of how to accomplish this. Prices on many items have increased to nearly the same as the major chains. Especially on staple items like eggs, milk, sugar, etc. More and more non-food products taking up space that could be used for food products. Along with the super slow checkout process has made this a last resort store to shop at only for the few items that are cheaper.

Stayed in check out,after 10 minutes the chasier told me to move over because a new cashier was coming. Waited another 10 minutes and still no cashier

Love Aldi's. Sometimes it's picked over but that just grocery shopping in general. Great bargains and the staff is always helpful, even when busy.

Always busy, and have everything I need, once in awhile they do run out of products, but everyday I think a truck comes in the morning, so morning shopping is more reliable, to have your products, but it has only happened a hand full of times.A little slow at the cash register, lines can be long, at other Aldi's they have self serve, thos is so convenient. I hope they change this place to have both.
