FYI they do not actually provide true 24/7 customer service as an internet company normally does.Instead, during "after-hours" (words used by the employee reached on the phone), they contract call answering to an untrained/general call center which is just instructed to fill out a basic form of some sort with your contact info.This call center has so little training and so little familiarity with AWB that they cannot answer basic questions about the company or the services they provide. Worse, when asked to provide an estimate of when a real response or service can be expected, they state that they have no idea.Lastly, the internet speeds provided by AWB are absolute trash for this day and age. AWB clearly has a great deal of leverage in the areas/buildings they service and can't be bothered to upgrade their infrastructure to provide more than sub-standard internet speeds in 2024.I would recommend not moving into buildings where AWB is the service provider and for buildings to avoid contracting with AWB for service.

Please don’t use them - they are rip offs. Guys, beware & read the reviews - there are valid reasons why this useless company has less than a 2 star review. Their service is horrible and customer service is even more horrible.

Wow, I wish I would have read the reviews before deciding to go with thiscompany. This company is horrible!! The internet connection constantly loses connection. Today was the last straw, without warning or notification the internet dropped at 10am. Recording stated due to maintenance internet will be off 3 hours. I work from home and I'm losing money. Stay away from this company!.

Pure trash!!! The only reason I have it, is that it can with the building that I moved into! The internet always goes in and out! It is totally trash!!!

Impressed! I was quite skeptical years ago as I heard poor reviews about AWS internet, however a couple of people told me personally it works great for them. The tech, Adrian, came by and worked diligently to ensure I was all set up with internet service. He answered my many questions and helped me find the equipment I needed to get my internet up and running. Adrian was so personable, knowledgeable, had excellent customer service, a great attitude, and was committed to helping me despite some roadblocks we came across. He worked together with his team to provide some great internet! They are on the right path. Glad to have him as my tech.

I ordered this internet service and everyday I came home was a problem with the modem.I tried to pay my first bill they system was down left my card number to pay once the system was back up.A employee called me the next day very aggressive talking about payment information I already gave them but couldn’t tell me why they service kept going out. I spoke to manager about the poor service all the way around he canceled my service and tried to make it difficult to receive my refund.I had to get my lawyer to help me.I wasted my time with this service.

Phone support for trouble-shooting a problem with our new connection was easy to access, and when that wasn’t successful, in-home tech support was scheduled and arrived in under 24 hrs. Adrian was great!—prompt, professional and did a fantastic job finding the problem (a damaged cable outside our building where another internet provider had installed recklessly) and restoring our service (on a Saturday morning)! ????

I would give 0 however their rating is low anyway I haven't had any connection issues my issue is with the billing. They tell me they can only take the money out for my bill only on the 1st of the month well my payday isn't always around the 1st then they charge $10 if your late which is another way for them to get additional money. I don't care for Xfinity either because Ive had issues with them but at least you get the five day grace period to pay bill they also have shady accounting practices. Basically all internet providers are evil same as the phone companies. I will be seeking out another provider so I don't have to deal with this company anymore. Their customer service is horrible.

Adrian was wonderful. Him and his Boss made an Emergency visit after my internet had been out a few days. He made sure my security was in place and was sure to check my speed was meeting standard before he left. Overall a great experience with ABW

I would give zero star if possible. Had connection problems every now and then, but the apartment building doesn’t allow other providers. They got my payment info and address wrong not just once, leading to delayed service, technician not showing up for installation, etc.. This Friday evening the internet was out and the customer service told me that they couldn’t do anything but take messages for after hours and weekends, which means we probably won’t have internet back during the whole weekend…
