Paid to have my gel polish removed and a simple regular manicure on top. They didn’t get all of the gel off and then put new polish on top creating a bad look that I removed as soon as I got home. The place could use some cleaning (lots of nails all over floor and they barely dust off the tables after each manicure)

Amy’s nails is amazing! I have been with them for years and my mom and grandma are also very loyal. Amazing work that will last and if there is an issue (which is so so rare) he takes care of it right away. Very nice accommodating and great prices.

I just arrived in DesPlaine and found Amy's and couldn't be happier!! I was nervous to find a new salon that does Butyl gel and they did not disappoint!!

I'm sad that I cannot post all of my beautiful full sets. I love this place so much. They are very kind and do the things you pay for. I have been to other places in the surrounding area like Mount prospect and Elk Grove village but only when Amy's isn't available. Every time I've done that, I ended up regretting that decision. It has to be life or death! Sometimes I'm lucky enough to get a walk in appointment but making an appointment is always best. They will always have my business. It was so difficult to choose just a few pics. I get pedicures here as well. They're awesome!

The people were nice but the actual pedicure was quite painful. Got cut up and the woman helping me seem pretty unexperienced. My fingers have scabbed. Hopefully, they will give a little bit more training to their employees but it seems others there were happy so it may have been who I had.

I moved to the area 5 years ago, so my nail tech got far away from my place so I decided to try them, they did a good job, then I decided to look into to other places but still came back to this place. I'm guessing I should stay with them because I don't like to be a stranger, they are close to my home and have reasonable prices and the atmosphere is nice.
