I had a great experience at Autokrafters. They didn’t sell me on repairs I didn’t need, their prices were fair and reasonable and they valued my time and didn’t keep me waiting.
And what I loved the most was that each person who worked there introduced themselves to me and made me feel at home. It felt like an old school business with the utmost professionalism. I will be taking my business back to Autokrafters again.

My Mustang was damaged by a hit-and-run while it was parked and it was damaged from the front end to the back end 2006 mustang V6 premium never damaged in his life. Autokrafters brought it back to life made it perfect looks brand new. Thank you so much.

Ernie and his staff were great. They took extra care to make sure that my car was even better than before my accident. They communicated clearly about the steps and the timing. I’m from out of state and just got here with a new 2021 car but sadly it got hit while parked one day. My insurance had this place on their list and I was nervous since I’ve had not the best experience with auto shops in general when I lived in Idaho, but had to get the work done despite my worry. This place will now be where I will take my car if I ever need and will be recommended. They took care of everything better than my insurance did. Not only did they fix everything perfectly to where you can’t even tell there was ever any damage, but they cleaned the inside of my car too! My car looked almost as new as when I bought it! Even washed my tires! I can say I’ve never had a shop clean my car like that for me after fixing. They were super fast as well. I expected to wait a week and they had it done in just a couple days!

I found Autokrafters after I was in a minor accident last summer that left my passenger door stuck and slightly ajar. We were leaving for family vacation in less than a week and I needed my minivan to get us there. I started calling around to Allstate’s list of shops and the first two were less than helpful. When I came across Autokrafters Google listing said they were LGBTQ friendly which was a welcome surprise for me. Little things like that matter to me and my community. I called and spoke with Ernie telling him that I just needed it driveable. He assured me they’d do their best. Sure enough, the team got it workable. Thank goodness because they were still dealing with supply chain issues and it took a few months to get all the correct parts. When they finally got everything in stock, they did an incredible job with the repair. It looked like new. They handled everything with the insurance and it couldn’t have been smoother. I have nothing but respect and appreciation for Ernie, Bill, and the rest of the Autokrafters team. They truly made me feel welcome and taken care of during an incredibly stressful time. They were definitely my heroes, and I told them as much, for helping me get my car on the road while we were waiting. 10/10 have already recommended them to people. Thanks so much y’all.

From my initial "visit" to see what this FAB group could do for my car to the time I drove out what looked like a brand new car when they were done..I knew I was going to get TOP service!! Owner Ernie and his buddy Bill...what a pair..."we'll take care of you..you don't have to deal w/the ins. company and we'll get a rental car here for you...you just take the driver back ...we'll take care of the paper work and call you when all the parts get in!" That's exactly what happened..took car in 3/01 "might take 2-3 days.." NOT..was done late afternoo NEXT day!! WOW! They said wanted to get done before last week's "big storm" threatening. (didn't get a drop of rain...ha!) My car...I kid you not...looked as good as new INSIDE as well as out!! I also managed to get a bit overdue oil cjhange done and Ernie/I discussed how much $$ to keep putting into my 13 y/o Ford Fusion w/low mileage..felf very confident when we finished..hopefully no one'll need car repairs but IF you do...head riiiiiight out to them...Golf Rd. west of River/across from Holy Family Hospital...just SUBERB experience for sure!!Services: Body & Trim
