1 start, just because there is not positive to choose less.
Very bad experience whit their service department. Overcharging and not honest assessment from their service advisors- Kim comes in mind on few occasions.
Don't waste your time with this particular Honda dealer.

Thoughtful & professional employees ( thanks to Kim for explaining & clarifying my questions). Work on car finished on time as promised. Especially like the video of entire car that is done & sent to customer prior to the start of the work so you can see the status of you vehicle.

I have a great experience with this location. Mary is my sale representative. She is so sweet and professional. She is listening to my concerns unlike other dealerships, that try to walk over us because we are women. They are are not trying to trick us or hide any kinds of “warranty fees”, which I really appreciate it. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. We will purchase another car from this location very soon!

Worst car buying experience ever (I’m 64). Took over 5 hours to buy the car. I was actually in tears, begging to be allowed to take my new car and go. The general manager, Dillon, was patronizing and condescending to me, treating me like a child. I was misled at every turn. HORRIBLE.
