BUYER BEWARE! This dealership is one to be avoided at all costs, and one that is operating with unethical, if not blatantly ILLEGAL practices. Too bad Google doesn't have an option for zero stars! I paid cash for a vehicle in February, with the promise that the title would be sent to me within 30 days. Cesar was my salesperson. Three months later, I have NO TITLE. They sent me an additional temporary plate after the first one expired. It was issued from an unknown dealership in Texas, which in itself is suspicious. I now have a vehicle that I cannot legally operate, and NO PLAN OF CORRECTION. I spoke once with Rick Acosta, who is supposedly the manager. He stopped communicating with me. Then I was directed to Jose Rivera, another"manager". He explained that Del Sol should not have sold a vehicle they didn't hold the title for and admitted that they handled it poorly. I haven't heard back from Jose in over 10 days even after phone calls, texts, and emails. Needless to say I am very frustrated and angry with this dealership's abysmal business practices! I am in the process of filing complaints with the Consumer Protection Division of the Illinois AG office and the Secretary of State Vehicle Services Department. PLEASE do not take this "review" lightly, or you may find yourself in the same position! SHAME on Del Sol Auto Mart!!

Lleven su mecánico. They were "nice"... at least the sales lady Cindy was. Her "coworker" (boss/owner) couldn't look me in the eyes and now I know why. Strongly advise you to take a mechanic with you. Do your research. We purchased a beautiful van with all the specs you'd want for a family with small children. We literally drove it out the lot and the check engine light turned on as well as the change oil reminder. Little did we know the trans was failing after taking it to our mechanic. Obviously this can happen at any time but this guy knew he was selling me a nice van with a major repair needing to be done. Unfortunately I paid cash so it was an AS IS purchase... hoping this review helps your go prepared to this place or any other used dealership.
