Like many others, I also had a horrible experience with this company and the salesman. We were told that a bumper to bumper inspection was done on the vehicle we purchased, but when we took it into a mechanic we found that simple maintenance was not done leading to major engine issues. This is one of many, on going issues we are dealing with. If I could give less than 1 star, I would!!!

Just bought a bus from Bill at Best Bus and he was so helpful and worked hard to get me a bus in a short period of time. I bought the bus unseen, which was a little unnerving, but everything he said about it was right on and we took it on a 400 mile trip the next day with no problem. I’m having him look for another one for me next year. So appreciate him and his expertise!!

Our church Quest located in St Louis had the need to purchase our 1st Shuttle Bus and where we in for an education. Our budget dictated we needed to be looking for a preowned vs new shuttle and we spent a couple of months searching for something that would meet our specific needs. We looked at used “ by owner” as well as dealers throughout the Midwest and were getting very frustrated until we made contact with Patrick Swaggerty at Best Bus Sales. Patrick spent a lot of time asking questions and educating us on the used market and even on what options we wanted to stay away from. Patrick worked to provide us several options with what they had in stock as well as trade-ins that would be coming in. Patrick alas helped me educate our Church Elders and refine our budget. Ultimately he found the perfect bus for our needs and insure our Elders on our selection. Patrick picked me up from the airport when I flew up to drive the bus back and was very thorough going through our “ Like New” Shuttle Bus with me. I actually didn’t think it was the correct one we walked up because it looked like brand new. Patrick also walked me through their facility showing all the services they provide.
Patrick followed up with me after I returned to St. Louis and I was able to share with him how much our congregation liked the bus and were excited to ride on that 1st Sunday we had it.
Thank you Patrick Swaggerty and Best Bus Sales for the guidance and dedication you demonstrated to Quest Church during our buying process. If we continue to grow like we hope to, I actually look forward to being part of purchasing our next shuttle to meet our needs knowing I will only have to make 1 phone call!

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience I gave them deposit to order door latches they could not make then work on my Bus kept making excuses finally I asked them can you do the job or not they told me we are to busy Right now after waiting 3 months asked for my deposit back it was only $350 not the end of the world told me deposit not refundable and they were rhe one's that weren't capable of fixing my door latches!!!!Worst Bus Sales

We have been working with Patrick Swaggerty from Best Bus for several decades and we would never switch to another vendor for our transportation needs. As a senior living community with over 700 residents and several large buses having a great product with outstanding service is critical to our community. Best Bus is a company we trust to not only give us good advice but they stand by their product and when something happens where you require service they are absolutely the best. I would highly recommend this company for any transportation needs you have.

Best Bus Sales delivered! We wanted to purchase several vehicles this year. Going out to bid, Best Bus Sales was the only company that stated that they could deliver the vehicle that we specified by the end of the year. Others could not even let us know if we would receive by the end of 2023. Best Bus Sales delivered our vehicles a couple of weeks ago, and they are everything we requested and more. Awesome job Patrick and Best Bus Sales! I did not think that they would get us the vehicles by the end of the year, but they did.

Patrick from Best Bus Sales was able to track down 6 buses that fit our specifications perfectly. In today's environment, it is extremely difficult to find vehicles and parts, and Patrick is not only able to locate anything we need, but is able to do it at an extremely fair rate. Best Bus Sales makes the whole process easy from beginning to end and would highly recommend them to anyone out looking for vehicles!
