I have never felt more insulted and devalued as a customer. I have been very loyal to Binny's and in the past have bought bottles from your rare bottle case/room. Today I was in looking for a bottle of Sam Adam's Utopias. I understand this is a very limited beer. I was told they only have special people who they will sell it to as they are regulars. They would not take my name down. Being it is not even in the system I could not prepay for one. Telling me I am not a regular, is a pure insult. I petitioned that I am a regular and bought some pricey bottles before hand, they asked for my number. I am someone who values privacy and do not have a Binny's Card. They told me they could not even sell me one without a card. What better way can you tell me, you and your friends are going to get the bottles that you get in?
After this i do not know if I will ever shop at Binny's again. When I drop over $300 for a bottle you do not care if I do not want to give you my phone number. However if I want a single bottle of beer, I am not good enough for you.
Edit...Binny's Arlington Heights gladly sold me a bottle without asking about my Binny's Card. Even though they are a further location, that is where I will be doing my shopping from now on.

I was in Des Plaines Binny’s the service and insight on some tequilas from Newton was top notch and other info from Ray was top notch. Grear friendly staff is Des Plaines. Cheers!!

This review is long overdue. I’d give 10 stars if I could. We’re lucky to live in an area that has a store like this. I started shopping here because of the great selection, but the team is what makes this location beyond special
