You did it again. Ty so very much. This was my baby Negus Before he got sick on the left & at the end of his illness with a huge tumor in his liver. He lived 9 yrs and it was time to have him euthanized 3 momths after his diagnosis. I appreciate the love and support from everyone at Blue Pearl , your kinds goes above & beyond. I'm sorry I can't remember the names of all of you. The day was in the late morning on St. Patrick's Day only this past Monday.

I recently had a terrible experience w this establishment at its new location in mount prospect . the woman gives weird almost jealous vibes & the husband very cold ; they speak spanish infront of you no matter your culture or the fact it's blatantly rude . wouldn't recommend unless you're hispanic . the husband hurt me on purpose & they proceeded to laugh about it as if I couldn't understand . very uncomfortable gave me a legit panic attack

The girl is rude just for telling her that my daughter didn't get good service from her. She insulted me by calling me a starving bitch. This place is the worst. At no time did I refuse to pay and it wasn't more than 130, it was 125, which I paid 100 cash. 25 on card and for your information it was not due to lack of funds it was because I had not had time to deposit so stop saying that it was for that reason nor did I ask you for the money back. You will be a great business owner but your education leaves a lot to be desired Don't worry, I already spoke to the police

Ok. Honestly, the shop is just fine. Clean and adequate but nothing fancy. Diana did my no chip manicure. She was quiet. Barely said 2 words but that was A-Okay because she did a FABULOUS job. Probably the best manicure EVER. Will definitely be going back.??

Today I almost cried, I always go with the lady who does a very good job and today I have to deal with the man who said that man should not do nails because he makes them horrible and doesn't pay attention even because one is the one who is paying, I cut myself 3 times and In the end my nails looked like they were for ? ? ? Halloween
They were left with balls and dripping and thick at the top ????????????
I will never go with that man again
I love how the lady makes them for me....

Don’t recommend. Very unprofessional. Lady who did nails left as soon as she was done. Ask someone if she can come back and fix them bc it was not even coffin shaped and they were bumpy and uneven. The person who was told about the issue look aggravated and annoyed it was being brought up and stayed quiet.
