“I stopped to look at their boots while I was in the neighborhood. They have top notch gear and their boots are high quality with triple stitching. I was hoping to find a bargain but ended up paying full price which is unusual for me. I did find a great deal on a pair of tennis shoes though so I now have two sets of new footwear.If they had more clothing in my size I would have stocked up on those, too. Not to mention the great gear they carry.The staff was friendly and helpful and I helped me feel better about leaving so much money behind.”

The store Needs in store wheel cars for the handicapped ♿️ and an express line for those who can't walk stand for too long. As in another store like Wal-Mart and Sam's would get customers to stay in the store and shop longer therefore making more sales.”
“I just love this boutique in the Western Suburbs. The women working there are always warm, friendly and have great suggestions. I always find great fashion pieces and accessories for myself. This is my go-to stop for gifts for girlfriends' birthdays, hostess gifts, housewarming gifts, as well as tween birthday gifts and little holiday surprises year-round for my kids. The range of selections is amazing and the price points are very fair!Kate, the owner, is wonderful. “The store does have some unique items and high items. The lady working the day we went in was very nice, talkative, and helpful. We did find numberous items to buy but unfortunately they were not our size. So that's why the 4 stars. I understand resale shops often have one size of items but I wish they a few more sizes. Overall, it was a lovely store. Love the decor and arrangement of items which was easy to shop. The cost of the items were quit expensive compared to eBay or other upscale resale which for me was also part of the 4 stars. We will go back to check again because sometimes a one of a kind items is worth the cost.”

“Service is good as staff are paid a sales commission. As with most of the stores at this outlet mall, the merchandise has been manufactured specifically for the outlet store. Their Theory clothes are not the same as what you'll find at a department store. And any returns must be made within 30 days.”
