the manager is great but the employees are rude and painfully slow. they never have enough people and you always have at least 6 people in front of you in line
go someplace else, dollar stores all have the same stuff and the same products, but they don't treat you rudely or make you wait ten minutes to check out

This store went bad . How do they let homeless dark skin person sleep and hang out if front of the store for hours . I love Going to the store but every single day he is there , looks so bad for the store

I stopped in after work tonight to pick up a candy bar. I had a long day and I expected it to be noneventful. If not a pleasant experience. Boy was wrong. There was a family with a 10 year-old in the store. The little boy was bouncing a basketball. Instead of this cashier asking them nicely not to bounce the ball in the store, he yelled at them to stop bouncing that ball in his store. I did have fun heckling him an aisle he couldn’t see who was talking. I explained to him it wasn’t his store. Then he went on and on about how he speaks his mind and he’s not gonna put up with someone bouncing a ball in the store. Unfortunately, that was not all. He then sarcastically and rudely said we all know what balls do, if You break anything you’re going to pay for it. I hate to break it to Mike, but there’s not much in that store that’s breakable. He could have nicely asked them to stop, they did stop after his first sentence but he kept going on and on and on, like he was powerful Oz. Then pointed out that he’s a cashier at a dollar tree, get over yourself. This is absolutely ridiculous behavior, I guess there done scraping the bottom of the barrel, they’re digging underneath it to come up with employees.

There’s an older skinny white woman who gives people a hard time and doesn’t follow the Dollar Tree guidelines and policies.

This old white lady who is always there working is just an ignorant old woman. She NEVER says hello, just starts to ring everything up angrily and will never say the total. She calls everyone “sweetheart” for whatever reason… she’s just ignorant as all hell. I guess she should retire.

So bizarre. There’s an older lady who works there. She is there almost every time I go there. Does not say hello. Angrily scans all your items. Does not even tell you how much the total was. Checked out without saying one word. It’s very uncomfortable and this is the third time she has done that. You don’t have to have a conversation with each customer, but this is customer service 101. Very weird. Will just go to the other dollar tree further up from now on.

I am posting this about 30 minutes after I got home, an old white lady (an employee stocking the shelves) screamed at me, I was looking a stress ball basketball and I dropped it. I picked it up and she yelled NO PLAYING BALL IN THIS STORE so loud everyone could hear it. Everyone else is very nice including the lady at the checkout isle, but that one lady has done it to me, my friends, and other people before.
