I moved from Los angeles to chicago It s about 2 month’s staying at this hotel . N planning to extend my stay for 3 to 6 month Over all I feel comfortable here . The only thing that made me unsatisfied is the bad behavior of some of the day shift employees here.

Great hotel close to ORD Airport.Sadly the couch is very not comfortable.TV is not well positioned to watch it from the couch or bed.Microwave dirtyBig noise when we turn on the light for the bathroom.Only 2 machine in the fitness centerExpensive laundryGrab and go very smallExcept that:Great LocationService was greatWelcomingRoom kinda cleaned some space are dirty.Oven works wellRooms: Great rooms but not comfortable.Nearby activities: No activities nearbySafety: Feels safeWalkability: Close from stores next to the hotel (10 minutes walking)Food & drinks: No food or drink. Or very expensive at the machine.Noteworthy details: I recommend the hotel for one night! If you wanna stay more I wouldn’t recommend it. Choose a better hotel in Chicago same price for way better quality and still quiet and close to everything.

The Extended Stay at All State Arena (1207 E. Touhy Ave.) has the best & kindest hotel staff I have ever stayed with. I have stayed at many many hotels due to project management & creative direction from Honolulu, Hawaii & going across the mainland to Savannah, Georgia. I really cant emphasize enough the appreciation I have for this Hotel & the support, patience, & kindness the staff has shown me during one of the most difficult times of the year for traveling. On my first day I was sweetly welcomed by Francesca when I checked in later than I expected because of the cold weather in my way to the hotel. After my first night I decided to extend my stay when I found that this hotel was in good condition. They also allowed my emotional support animal to be with me during my whole month of staying. The next day I woke up late for my next check in & Erika & Mark we’re so understanding & chill about me being late because they understood why waking up late, feeling sick, & having last minute work meetings get in the way of waking up on time. This is not to say that they are not strict about check in but are very understanding when life, well, “lifes”.Xavier & Wendy were also very helpful when I needed something after midnight or the early morning. They were helpful to try & check in during the non-normal hours of work.I appreciate everyone that works here at this Extended Stay & honestly made me extend my stay from a couple days to over a month. My job requires me to travel & while in Chicago I go to different hotels every week to switch up my scenery but THIS HOTEL IS THE BEST.Lastly I want to thank the greatest manager of a hotel I have ever encountered. Thank you for everything Theresa! I cant thank you enough for the kind words & love you have shown for myself & my dog Salvatore. I will NEVER forget it! This is not a thanks for the last minute things I needed nor the accommodations I was given from you. This is a thanks for truly being THE BEST.Thank you all for everything. I am posting this review before I leave in hopes that the hotel staff sees this review & knows how thankful I am.Everyone reading this review needs to know that your next stay at a hotel should be at this EXTENDED STAY!

My partner and I were pleased with the place. When we entered the place it was nice and clean and decorated very nicely. They were nice and kind to us we had never heard of their place. And as for the room it was beautiful and romantic and cozy for couples. There was a Sofa Couch with a Table, the other side had Table and Cable. There was also a Refrigerator, Stove, Sink, Microwave and Counter Space. Then then side there was the Bed with two dressers and walk a little there was a closet. With ironing board and iron. With shelves and their to put your items. Then the bathroom has a tub and shower with a toilet with the sink on the outside. But there were a funny smell when we enter the room but overall great .

The staff is extremely professional and helpful, I had to extend my stay a few times and the people working at the front desk were accommodating in walking me through the process and putting my mind at ease regarding our stay.

The hallways REEK of smoke despite numerous advertisements of the hotel being smoke-free. The hotel management responds to each of these reviews with apologies and promises, but I would bet money has not ever even considered staying at the hotel in question. Try a new strategy. Send each of your managers to a different one of your hotels as an undercover guest for one week, and challenge them to report honestly on the stay. Even better, challenge the CEO to stay a week in every one of your hotels.I hope that you are paying your front desk employees GOOD money, because their customer service goes above and beyond. They were extremely courteous and have been quick to assist us. I can only imagine the frustration they have to deal with from guests, yet their attitude remains amazing. If I could allocate the money we paid to stay here entirely to the front desk attendants, I would in an instant. Please invest in air purifiers, some febreeze, fixing actual problems, and in giving your employees better pay and bonuses.Thank you in advance for the incredible improvements you are about to make.

It’s been more than 10 days here. Location is very good.Room is cozy and have AC directly pointing towards you, so if you can’t handle cold air, get ready to sick.I got hard mattress and it cause me back pain, I asked for change in mattress but all those service available when manager will be there so if for weekend service is not great. So I asked can I get extra pillow, with hotel more than 100 rooms — no extra pillows. Please carry your own things.I booked for 3 weeks but I decided to checkout in 2 weeks now.Last but not least, before going to your room make sure you activate your key, it’s daily activity. 10 days 10 time activation

This place was an utter disappointment. Starting from the check-in. The lady was not happy at the front desk and she was misleading. The room was so dirty. They didn't clean anything. Everything had at least a layer of dust. I don't even know when was the last time they moped the floor by the kitchen and bathroom. I don't even know how you would miss the teeth brushing spit in the bathroom faucet. I would never go back to this place or recommend anyone who has the slightest bit of regard for hygiene. I would highly recommend not going here if you have kids kids who are crawling. The only good thing about this place is that it is only 11 minutes away from the airport regardless of the time.

My partner and I have stayed at the Extended Stay - O'Hare for going on 5 months now, and we really couldn't ask for more. The hotel is clean and the neighborhood safe, and all the staff do a great job in all areas - front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, etc..... We have literally have had ZERO issues during our (extended) stay. And if they don't have it on property (laundry, snacks, linens, etc are all on site), then it is a close walking distance (Target, food spots, shopping....). Also, the hotel sits across from Lake Park, a small neighborhood park with walking, boating, fishing, etc. All these things paired with a great price, and we have definitely been spoiled. Thank you Extended Stay!

Good to stay at but if u need a place with good wifi for all your devices this is not the place I have a phone and a few other things but only one of them will on the wifi and half the time the wifi will in and out not reliable enough for constant use. Every thing else is kool.

Front desk had some kind of an issue with the person checking in before us, probably has a little to do with how unpleasant our check-in was with the same young lady.

I showed up to check in only to find a sign on the door that said the front desk is closed after 10:00, and to use the phone in the entryway. After several attempts, being put on hold and then disconnected, I was unable to check in and left without a place to stay. This was a non-refundable reservation so they charged me for the room anyway.

The staff are beyond friendly, they would do whatever it takes to make your stay excellent. There are two areas to take the pets out for their business. And there is a park near for walks.Nearby activities: Plenty of options to eat or shop. There is a park nearby with a pond. Great place to stay if you have an event at Allstate Arena.
