If there was a 0 star that’s what I would give this bank. Do not even bother to come to this bank they are no help, they will not tell you straight what you need and when you will be able to use account. Had problems with online banking,Zelle, card. The worst experience ever. Worst part is the person that helped me was the so called “financial manager “. Since it was less than the 3 months of her commission she was charging an outrageous amount to close the account. Please stay away from here.

5/3 was recommended by a friend after I closed my chase account. Huge mistake of switching over!! Holding your money for mounts for no reason. Putting my account on hold because they couldn’t reach me (I have all of their numbers blocked because of Diane, working in this branch, that harassed me on weekly bases), couldn’t authorize purchase I was trying to make after hours on the phone with them and on and on.Let’s talk about that particular branch filled with the most incompetent tellers you can ever find. First their drive trough atm is broken or closed half of the time and they don’t have inside one. Second tellers never smile and makes you wait for simple stuff like withdrawal or deposit. They try to fix the situation by putting a new manager wich was smiley and flirtatious all the time. I don’t know if flirtation is the way to go but she was smiley! Now that she is gone this branch is by far the worst you can ever visit! Do yourself a favor and drive somewhere or better switch to different bank!

I had to walk in for a deposit recently. I don't care for this branch, I live 3 minutes away from it, but I drive to the Touhy branch near Allstate Arena. I feel those employees greet you the second you walk in the door and are always ready to help. I've never found the employees at this branch welcoming. The atmosphere walking into the bank seems cold and makes you not want to ask for help.I miss the old manager, she was so helpful.

Set up an appointment for noon on a lunch break a week ago to adjust some things with my account. When I walked in, I was told to sit down and wait for the lady for help. I noticed she was already with another client in the room. After about 5 minutes into what should have been my appointment time, she came out and said she would be at LEAST 30 minutes behind. Started blaming COVID for her delay.If she knew that she would be late with my appointment, why not a courtesy call? Or even better yet, maybe don't let people schedule appointments if you honor random walk-ins more, even if you know they're going to run you over the appointment time. I ended up leaving, because apparently my time and efforts to come here were not important. This branch is a waste of my time. Perhaps my dad is right, maybe I'll join Chase Bank after all...

Not friendly staff, when you enter the bank you feel tension. They don't have clients in the bank, they don't help you when you have a problem.

They need to put an ATM inside their bank!!!, I live around this bank and sometimes when i go for a walk i also do some errands, and there is times where i need to take out some money but there isn't any ATM INSIDE!!! Instead i have to go outside threw the drive up one risking the cars that pass by!!!
