Called ahead for a tire balance—was told no appointment needed. Showed up, and suddenly, I did need one.
Scheduled an appointment, and the tech convinced me to get a full inspection. Instead of balancing my tires, they handed me a $3,500 repair estimate—without even addressing the actual issue.
Went to a shop in the next town, paid $50 for a tire balance, and the problem was fixed. These scammers claim to swap engines, but I wouldn’t trust them to swap a wheel. Watch out and avoid this place!

Very bad people, very unfriendly, service is very very very bad,they do everything very slow,on purpose, don't know what management doing,what they are doing,all this people here suppose to be fired,just unbelievable, never go here for service

Be careful the shop wants to do unnecessary work and misrepresent products. Next they will want to add fluid to the headlights to make them shine better. New battery under warranty they want to replace. Tires with 9/32 thread they state need to be replaced and they just placed them 1000 miles ago. What does it take to find an honest shop?

It was my first time choosing firestone , i absolutely love it . They took care of my car right away and did a full inspection of my car and explained it to me in details . I greatly appreciate that . Staff is very friendly and respectful and very very professional and i left that shop with Full satisfaction. I will be back for sure to get more work done .

If you want to deal with extreme incompetence go to this place. I was there for an hour and a half waiting the maintenance to get approved so I finally asked him how long is this going to take and they said oh it hasn't been approved yet and when they checked it was because the guy at the front desk hadn't put in the tire thread. These people are severely incompetent they're playing on their phone while they kill your time holy s*** where do they find these people

The service is very poor and they are not interested in helping you, they will make any excuse not to do the work and if they do it they will do it reluctantly, terrible customer service

Thanks to Firestone mechanics, serious problems were eventually solved but this review is for Store Manager Mario Kllogjeri, who may not have worked on the truck but his willingness to listen to my concerns and his attention to detail also prompted me to send a letter to Bridgestone Americas to let them know how grateful I am. With Mario at this location, I will continue to recommend this Firestone to friends and family as I have for many years. Wishing you and your staff a happy and successful year and I sincerely hope that corporate HQ commends you for your excellent work and professionalism.

Terry and Mario at the front desk are true professionals. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My car was towed to this shop on Sunday afternoon with a bad alternator. They knew I was trying to get to Minneapolis. They were on the car with a new part at 7:30 AM on Monday. The price was very fair. Highly recommended !!
