Worst car wash experience ever.
This place really needs to learn how to respect customers and follow the golden rule — “even if the customer is wrong, the customer is always right.”
I signed up for a car wash membership a few months ago. In the first month, I only used it twice. Before the month ended, I went in person to cancel my membership, but one of the workers told me the manager wasn’t available. I called the next day, but nobody answered. Then I went out of state, and when I came back recently, I called again asking for a refund for the last two months (around $80) since I hadn’t used the car wash in over 60 days.
Instead of helping, they immediately said “no” and started arguing with me. They have a system that clearly shows how many times a customer uses their wash — they could easily see I didn’t come in once during that time. The way they handled it was completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
I’ve been a loyal customer for over two years, spending nearly $200 a month with memberships for five cars — all of which I cancelled today. It’s disappointing to see such poor management and customer service from a business I used to support. Good luck to the owner with this kind of management and attitude toward loyal customers.

I had a fantastic experience atFuller's Car Wash. The wash was thorough — not a single spot left behind — and the attention to detail really stood out. I appreciated that the pricing felt very fair for the level of service. My car looked spotless and shiny afterward, almost like new. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family!

That was the only car wash in the neighborhood, out of quite a few that I reached out to, that agreeded to help me right away, when I really needed help.
I got an accidental spill of mold killing chemical in my car, and I couldn’t risk breathing it in, especially with my health condition and the hot weather.
They did a great job cleaning the car!
The man who was in charge was very professional and that included what matters a lot to me, which is sincere understanding, kindness, and care. It’s always inspiring to experience that. Thank you!
