We were referred here for our EV (Chevy Bolt). Brianna who runs the service desk was amazing! She is knowledgeable and friendly and she explained what was happening with the car very clearly. She also helped figure out the warranty situation. In the end we had to return to Chevy bc our repair was covered under the manufacturers warranty, and I really appreciated her honesty in helping us figure that out. Luis the tech who looked at our car is an EV expert who also explained things to me well. I would recommend Jidd for your EV service.

I’ve bought multiple cars from Jidd motors and I’ve been using their service center as well for quite some time. Breanna has been my contact person for the last year and I’m amazed by the work she does. She always keeps me up to date with my repairs and always makes sure I’m well taken care off . Kudos to the group for hiring her and placing her in that position because I’m sure other customers have nothing but good things to say about her. I can't go to detail because they're much too many. All I can say is that they do not know the value of the cars that they sell which in my case was a good thing. However, Within a month of owning the car it broke down. They wanted to charge me nearly $2,000 to fix an issue that they claimed was not under any sort of warranty I fixed it myself plus two other things for less than $600.. I can deal with that but what I can't deal with is getting emails from this company that take me to websites that Google claims are not safe. It's a good thing I work in it and cybersecurity because one of the emails asking me what my experience was like, had a shortcut to a known malware website. Buyer beware look under the hood make sure that there are no watermarks on the front of the engine. Make sure that the antifreeze is the antifreeze design for the car. Most cars use blue or red antifreeze. Yellow or green antifreeze indicates that the engine had significant work and it was done haphazardly and cheap. Furthermore make sure that you look inside the trunk for water marks to be sure that there are no cracks in the seams. A lot of people think that we're an accident is not dangerous, if it's not fixed properly it could cause significant damage and shrapnel to go into the cabin. I know it sounds like I wanted to details but believe you me this is short compared to what I would like to write. The only thing I can say good about this company is that they really know how to clean a car. They really are not good at negotiating and do not try to compromise. Again they do not know the value of their car.

I went in for an engine oil and oil filter change and was pleased with my experience. They detailed potential future maintenance needs they saw during the oil change in a clean pdf report with photos/videos and emailed me all that information!Will be coming to Jidd Motors again!

The worst dealer I was ever at. I found I the car I wanted. It had some scratches in a few places on the car. They told me they would not fix it. They said I have to buy it and they take it to a body shop to get it fixed at my expense. They are NUTS!!! SCAM DEALER!!!!!

Buyers beware:The public and BBB should be aware of this dealership. They will REFUSE to sell you a vehicle without add ons. They put a 999.00 add on for a GPS and won't take it out because of how much "loss they've taken on" with luxury car sales, or that's its "company policy." Then, I miraculously was offered a exterior protection package instead of gps for 999.00, neither of which I wanted, so no matter what, whether the customer wants them or not youre going to pay over their advertised price or they will REFUSE to sell you a vehicle. I reluctantly was sold a vehicle that had a filthy air and cabin filter that I had to pay 111.00 to replace a week after the purchase of the 38k vehicle that was advertised on line for 37k thanks to the add on they refused to remove. The front tire had a plug they did not disclosed until I saw it for myself and they refused any type of compensation. I asked to see the inspection report multiple times and was lied to on numberous occasions of its location. No spare key came w the vehicle, so when they did make good on a spare key, it was a used dirty key that doesn't unlock my tailgate and took 4 trips (one hour drive each way) to get. The Des Plaines Service shop is very unorganized because the first appointment they gave me, I drove in and was told they can't take my car at this time, even though I called and they offered me that day and time to drop the car off. Once I made another appointment for a tail light that was out at purchase, it took 4 days to get my car back. They did offer a Lyft ride for pick up, so I canecelled all my appointments and rushed home only to be stood up because they never made the lyft ride request until I called after waiting 30 minutes which was 30 minutes before they close. The service shop told me it was serviced there until I asked for the inspection report when it too miraculously was not serviced there but at a different Jidd motors location. It seems, they simply do not inspect their used cars before advertising them on line and put on their lot for sale. Their 30 day buy back guarantee is also deceiving because it comes with a 10% restocking fee.Very pushy and arrogant sales reps and financial advisors. Typical slimey tactics of leaving you at the desk while they "make a phone call" or "talk to their manager." Joe took my personal cell phone OUT OF MY HAND and started searching through my phone! When I asked him what he was doing with my phone, he replied he was pulling up the website to have me write him a positive review before the sale was even complete! Everyone there claims to be a manager when they are not. VERY Frustrating experience all around! Would not recommend!

Great service, got in for scheduled appointment time, great information provided on other services needed, and timely in getting work done! Would absolutely use again, and recommend anyone with a Mitsubishi use for service and repairs

They have the worst customer service after you purchase. I bought a car from agent Pan Pan. She was totally unavailable after the purchase. I was supposed to be getting a second key from I texted, emailed and left multiple voicemails there was only a generic reply as I will look into it. I will get back to you. It's been a year I didn't get my car key. Now that she has misplaced it they have the courtesy to pay for a new key or atleast take responsibility and apologize for being unavailable and irresponsible. Would not recommend this place to anyone, extremely poor customer service.

don't trust them, i bought a car from them en 2019, that time i was immigrant, they charged me a lot of things, my car was posted for 9,500$ and the total cost me 16,000$, i don't how. another thing, i told them that i m not comfortable signing paper without knowing what i'm signing, they told me that i signing that i agree they are using camera, and i agree working with them. the agent who i worked was Talal. by the end they were asking me to and my friends to give them a good review. even you see good review here, don't trust it. they exploited my ignorance as max as possible.

made a 1 pm appointment with Jidd for a simple oil change on my range rover. waited an hour in the waiting room after being checked in to realize my vehicle hadn't' even moved from where i had to park it for them. took my keys back and left. first time customer and won't ever go back.

They had great coffee. Had to wait almost 2 hrs since I have a "special filter" and they had to order it. Granted I did come in earlier than my appointment and they still took me in (they were pretty busy). So it's a fair place I'll say for now.
