The approach from the manager or person in charge is horrible. One of my worst experiences. I came in with a flat tired and before I explain what needs he cuts me off and tells me he can't help me. No explanation and I have to ask why? Just to be told they can't help very rudely because he didnt have the man power. Its like sir you're in the customer service. Learn how to speak to customers. You're in business because of us. The owner must not know who he has working here. Worst experience. Would not recommend coming here specially if you're a women.

I made a spontaneous stop here this morning due to me needing help with removing a fused cap on my drivers side tire valve. Rich was quick to assist with him being friendly and generous with his time and effort. He was able to successfully remove the severely fused cap, checked all of my tires, and filled them accordingly with air given the recent cold snap. I was very extremely impressed and thankful for his kindness. The world needs more great people like Rich!
I highly recommend Rich and this specific Just Tires location.

Came in with a nail in my rear passenger tire. Unfortunately, the whole tire had to be replaced, since it was in the side. Since my car is fairly new, they custom ordered the same tire and it was shipped in and replaced less than 24 hours after first coming in. Oh, and on a Saturday. Fast work and reasonable prices. I definitely recommend!

Went in this afternoon for a tire fill up & had Fernando assist me today, he helped me within seconds and had everything done quickly. Great performance and overall a great guy 5/5

I came in because I needed a tire. It was 2 other customers ahead of me. The guy was nice to the other customers but when it was my turn. He was rude! I originally called looking for a used tired. But decided to get a new tire. He tried to act like he didn’t talk to me on the phone but yelled didn’t I tell you we don’t sell used tires but if you didn’t talk to me how did you know I was looking for used tires and AFTER I said I’m just getting a new tire.

5 stars, and they didn’t service my vehicle!
I am 300 miles from home, and had a flat on a newer tire. I went to this shop on a recommendation from a local garage mechanic. The Just-Tires guy saw my tires were new, and recommended going to a name-brand shop down the road, so that my tires would get the best performance. Who does that? If I could, I would tack on a bonus star for the honesty and professionalism!

Been coming here for 30 years and haven’t been more disappointed and annoyed. Made an appointment for a screw in a tire. Took 2 hours to tell me I need a new tire and another hour to finish, including another 10 minutes to do “paperwork”… surely was jerked around for a new tire that could have been patched. Lame and slow here. Never again.

Hit a curb and got both my front left and rear left tires blown. Found this place not too far away from my accident and managed to get my tire replaced with a new one, balanced, and installed quickly!

2 hours and 5 mins for an oil change after an appointment is unacceptable. Service times need to be improved significantly.
