Avoid this place at all costs. I got builder gel nails done here last Sunday and paid $70, but they started coming off just a week later. I called to ask for a refund or to get them redone, but they said they don’t offer refunds. They offered to fix my nails only if I came in the same day—but I wasn’t available and they refused to work with my schedule. Very disappointing service and not worth the money.

Update
They are now lacking consistency. Pedicures are not worth it anymore, each nail tech does them differently and aside from your nails being painted there is nothing else that make you feel like you just got a pedicure. I had to ask for lotion for my feet since they looked dry even after paying for a spa pedicure. They need to pay attention to details.
Jen did my nails today ( pedicure and manicure).I can say she is one of the best in the salon.I have short and hard to shape nails and she made them look incredible.

I hardly leave negative reviews, but I will say I’m pretty disappointed with my time. I was thankful that they were able to fit me in, but the “owner/manager” kept yelling at the girl who was completing my service. I guess she had another guest waiting for her to fix her nails, but my service felt so rushed. My toe nails are even a little crooked.
At the time of check out, the girl literally tipped herself $45 on my card and then quickly refunded once I brought it to her attention.
This place needs to slow down and just focus on quality service. Will not be returning.

We made an appointment for no chip manicures for me, my sister, and my friend. The people working there did not try their best. They did not cut out our cuticles which in most salons they do that. And it was an uneven, horrible, design. They also gave us acrylics and that’s not what we asked for. We had an appointment at 5:00 and they were rushing to leave and not doing their best. We paid $192 for horrible service! I do not recommend coming here at all! I showed an inspiration picture and they didn’t do what we wanted. Horrible. They didn’t look anything like what I wanted. It looked like an unprofessional designed it. No cuticles cut out is crazy. And charging us extra and us not knowing is unacceptable

i asked for french tip nails and i have shown a inspiration picture to make sure it looked how i wanted it to. The preparation of my nails wasn’t professional, she didn’t even push back my cuticles. I am 12 years old and she made my nails too long, the french tip wasn’t on the tip of my nail she painted half of my nail as the tip. my dad came in and saw i was unhappy with how long they were so he sent me back, when she was trimming my nails she looked annoyed when she was trimming them. Even after she trimmed them they weren’t french tip. very disappointed.

I came in with an appointment for a no chip manicure. They applied acrylics quickly painted them and told me to pay. I didn’t ask for acrylics. I expected them to cut my cuticles, file them down, and just simply to take care of my nail. They didn’t. The French tip wasn’t even straight/ even compared to all of my fingers. Not only did they charge me so much, the acrylic goes straight up!!!!

Fourth time getting nails done but first time where I would come back. I let her know what I wanted and she did it better than I wanted OR expected. Soooo unbelievably happy and the compliments that I’m getting definitely worth it.

I went here a few times. I kept giving them extra chances because I am new to the area and am having trouble finding a good nail salon. They cut your cuticles with each visit, which is fine, but they charge you an extra $5 to do so. Also fine, BUT, they don’t tell you that part. At first the nail tech would ask if I’d like to have them done. More recently they just went ahead and did it, sneaking the additional $5 into my bill, without even saying a word about it. Sure it’s only $5, but that’s not the point and I’m big on principle. The nail technicians also make you wait repeatedly while they have conversations with one another. Very unprofessional and quite frankly, annoying! I have other reasons, but this was just the straw that broke the camels back. I will not be back. Still looking for a good nail salon…?

I usually donot write this type of review but I felt that someone needs to be aware of my visit that had absolutely No attention to detail on what I requested. I let my nails grow to get them in a nice shape to apply gel polish. The manicure is far from being professional with Multiple shapes & lengths. I asked what I believe was a manager about this & she said; it's because nails loose their shape after a couple days, even after I showed her that the gel polish was still on the edges. I Loved it the first time but this time horrible. When I returned to speak with them about correcting the situation, I was told; come back in 2 weeks for another manicure & we will reshape. Meaning, I would be paying for the unprofessional job as well as the correction job. It's too bad that the lady I spoke to, when I tried to give them a chance to correct this, took the route she did. (Pic does not show embarrassing thumbs. One is way Shorter than the other)

I liked the design and color when I first left the salon, but afterwards at night, my fingers began to throb and I just wanted to take them off. I’m not sure if it was the products they used but my nails and fingers were in pain. I contacted the salon and asked them for a removal without cost since the service had caused me swelling and I had to get them removed. They agreed very nicely and proceeded to remove them for me, but I unfortunately won’t be coming back.
