I was looking for a local spot in Des Plaines that’s open on Sunday, it’s not too crowded , where I can get quality service at decent prices. Luxe nails is exactly it! I got a pedi and a gel-x acrylic set. I’m really happy with my nails and the staff was nice and warm. This place feels like a hidden gem, it’s great!

I’ve been going here the past couple years and always pay cash. Today I had to pay by cred card and was very upset that when I said to add a tip and it listed the percentages that the $ amounts were more then the tip percentage. A 18 percent tip would have been $8.10 but was listed as $9 (20 percent). I mentioned it but was ignored. I should have taken a picture but not sure I’ll go back anymore as very dishonest.

I’m visiting from out of town and needed a little TLC — and they totally delivered. I got a pedicure and a full set of acrylics, and both were phenomenal. The salon is clean, quiet, and really pretty inside — such a relaxing vibe. Everyone was friendly and took their time to make sure everything looked perfect (and they were so gentle, even with a blister I had on my foot!).
The service was top-notch and the pricing was super reasonable too. I’m so glad I found this place while traveling — highly recommend if you’re in the area!

I got a pedicure this morning for the first time there and will be my last. The gentleman that did it cut both of my toes. Bleeding and very sore. I will not be going back. Never apologized and did not do a very good job. Sloppy work.Also girl I set up appt with did not even show up.
