We have been using the Metro Self Storage in Des Plaines for a number of years. We have recently consolidated our two units to a single unit. We have enjoyed working with Mark in the office to accomplish this. He has been extremely helpful and always cheerful. A great person to work with.

I have been a customer of METRO STORAGE Des Plaines iLLINOIS since 2015 I’ve had nothing but the most courteous service by the staff specially by Mark who’s always taking the time to accommodate me. He keeps this place running extremely well.
I have a lot of confidence in METRO STORAGE otherwise I would not have stored my things here. in the 10 years that I’ve been here I have never ever had any negative issues, I’ve had the same storage locker for 10 years. Thank you, Mark and thank you METRO STORAGE
