Im here to buy a phone. Stores says it’s open until 7 but door is locked with no one in view. The lights are on so I tried calling 3 times and no answer. Disappointing really. I was here 4:40 ish.

Bad service and of course they are supposed to open 10 o'clock and it is 10 and 15 and the store is still closed.

Good luck if you plan on using your T mobile hotspot, Once you have used your data they send you a message saying you can use your Internet at a slower speed. But you can't use your internet at all. They have planned obsolescence in store for you Just so they can make more money and not give you what you paid for in the first place.

I burned 3+ hours of my life there to get just a SIM card. They even refused to give my money back when I asked to cancel and let me go, they were hostaging me by my money. Customers who served me are Vanessa and Maria, the latter was rude and unpleasant. Very unpleasant impressions about this place, don't want to remember even the name of the company

Hello Metro PCs,Your employee named Kassandra that works on Sunday afternoon did not receive us well. Just came in to activate a phone and it wasn’t our first time it usually takes 10 minutes. She didn’t quite understand and plus that she was being extremely rude. Hoping she does a better job in the future but would not recommend coming in on Sundays. In case you don’t recognize her she has a tattoo on her right forearm. Can’t be a good store without good employees!

Scam scam scam they sold me the wron size phone for 800 when I realized it wanted to return went to the store manager said will call police. Will close this store . Will report to police bbb and channel 5 . Do not buy scam scam scam

I went to look for a phone and Javier helped me a lot. He told me the specifications of each phone and according to my needs he pointed me to the best phone for me. He also took the time to explain my plan and benefits to me. Today I realized that a survey arrived on my phone and I couldn't answer it since it expired. I feel bad that I missed it because Javier deserved to answer that survey. If Javier reads this, thank you for your help and your way of being with one. I love my new phone. Thanks Javier ?
