Good luck if you plan on using your T mobile hotspot, Once you have used your data they send you a message saying you can use your Internet at a slower speed. But you can't use your internet at all. They have planned obsolescence in store for you Just so they can make more money and not give you what you paid for in the first place.

I burned 3+ hours of my life there to get just a SIM card. They even refused to give my money back when I asked to cancel and let me go, they were hostaging me by my money. Customers who served me are Vanessa and Maria, the latter was rude and unpleasant. Very unpleasant impressions about this place, don't want to remember even the name of the company

Hello Metro PCs,Your employee named Kassandra that works on Sunday afternoon did not receive us well. Just came in to activate a phone and it wasn’t our first time it usually takes 10 minutes. She didn’t quite understand and plus that she was being extremely rude. Hoping she does a better job in the future but would not recommend coming in on Sundays. In case you don’t recognize her she has a tattoo on her right forearm. Can’t be a good store without good employees!

Scam scam scam they sold me the wron size phone for 800 when I realized it wanted to return went to the store manager said will call police. Will close this store . Will report to police bbb and channel 5 . Do not buy scam scam scam

In referance to MR. MARTIN MUNOZ who decides to make a fake google account to bash the store because he cant man enough to write his own post with his real name. It is a shame that you bash this business who gave you a job for the longest ! Raises are not given just because, a raise is given for all the effort and dedication and hard work. You must have been doing something wrong and not doing your job that you were not given a raise. This store was doing a fantastic job with customer service until certain individuals came along and gave poor customer service to the clients!!! You lost them all with your poor customer service skills ! Your pathetic to LIE about used phones because you know well all phones are provided from a WAREHOUSE ! New never used! so stop trying to ruin it for every one just because you no longer work here. Clearly you are upset! FOR EVERY ONE READING THIS REVIEW ALLOW YOUR SELF TO WALK IN THE STORE AND HAVE THE GREATEST EXPERIENCE EVER ! UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES WHO CARE FOR YOUR NEEDS!!! =)

This is the worst place I have ever worked in . The conditions of working in this store are not that great the sink if broken and the owner hasnt fixed it and the roof leaks when it rains hard . I can’t wait until I get hire at another place so I can leave this shot show behind and don’t even get me started on the cheapskate of an owner hector is that doesn’t even pay his employees what they should be getting payed but I am thankful for all the good and nice people I have meet on my short time here ...avoid buying buying your phone at this store and paying your bills here unless you want used phones Peace out
