I called five times. The first time I called I got a hold of someone. He said his name was Nick. He hung up on me in the middle of our conversation. I was not being rude at all. I work in customer service and know what it is on the other end. I was just asking a question about a Napa part that wasn’t working properly. Called three more times. Nick would immediately answer and then put me on hold. Finally got a hold of someone and before I can say anything , was hung up on again. As mentioned, I work in customer service and I’m extremely appalled at the service. My company would not put up with this nonsense. Please hire representatives that want to help. They can’t even answer calls. After the second call, it seemed the ignoring behavior was done purposefully. That’s not just professional but it’s outright petty. NAPA please hire professionals that earn their paycheck or train them properly. Absolutely horrible customer service that also reflects on the brand name NAPA. Plan to report this to headquarters so they know how their franchises are conducting business.

This place sucks I bought a battery 10 months ago and the battery was no good I tried to exchange it and didn't have a receipt for it but I am pretty sure I was in the system It has a barcode on it and it said napa on it and the year of it and they couldn't help me are you serious? What of tip off place is that and he had the nerve to tell me if I want it to buy an other battery??? Wow???? So I said f no I will go to another place better then this place so I did and I been telling all my friends about napa remember I work for the airlines and I know a lot of people that I will tell and telling no to go there !!!
