They not only honored the sale that i missed by a day, but also agreed to a customized order for the chairs that were out of stock. And theyll hold them until they're ready for delivery to the space. “Pros: - They had most of what we needed in stock. - The customer service manager (I believe his name was Mark?) was amazing. Cons: - The accounting department was difficult to work with. They had placed our order on hold, and would not provide a legitimate reason on why (we had no issues with any other vendor that we had placed orders with). This held up the order by a day or two. - The sales rep that took our order went radio silent after our order was placed (got his commission and was on to the next sale). Fortunately, customer service was able to help us out with an issue we had with damaged parts. Overall, much better and easier to work with than webstaurant. Not hearing back from our sales rep was frustrating, but customer service was responsive and able to help us get our issue resolved.”
