I usually stop here because it's empty and I feel bad that they don't have bussines like auto zone. I went in to get a battery and needed help to install it and the worker that helped me told me he could not help me to come back tomorrow and they might be able to help me smh. There was only one more customer who was being taken care off by someone else. I went over to Autozone not far from there and the had a line of customers waiting. I went to the front and they told me give us a little and we will help you. After 15 minutes they took the battery off and help me install a new one. I understood then why is it that O'Reilly doesn't have bussines. Im sure from top management to the bottom they just don't care. I would never step a foot in there. I would recommend Auto Zone for now on.

After the door closed and I was walking around heard my I help you. Was just looking for a diesel fuel additive. Decided on the product with a few comments and laughs. Was the highlight of my day.

Employee Lincoln went above and beyond to help me out when I was very far from home and in need of some assistance for my vehicle. In less than half an hour I had all parts and pieces and was on my way.

Jake is very rude and wasn’t helpful what so ever. He wouldn’t return an item that was just bought and then proceeded to run me out of the store. Highly recommend using a different place.
