I loved this place. So sad that they had to close their doors back in June. They’re no longer in existence. Sad day!

This place is an ABSOLUTE joke! I purchased so many things for my new home throughout the years and since Kasey is gone the people who work there are horrendous and rude! I stopped in a couple months ago and the woman almost didn't let me in rudely saying I needed to make an appointment which I NEVER HAD TO DO BEFORE! She did let me come in and was snooty and rude about it. When I did look around the place was a complete disaster dirty and unorganized nothing like it was before and the inventory was old and broken and outdated. This week I called asking to come look at lamps the woman was shockingly rude and said they weren't open to the public. She then said she would have to ask to get me an appointment and was totally ignorant about it so I just did her solid and said no thanks and I will never come back. Last straw! Get it together over there your employees are laughable and disgustingly rude! You want to beg to get me and appointment when your hours have always been 8-5? YEA no....I will spend my money elsewhere.

One of your employees / partners who says his cousin works at your warehouse, Wilbert Rodriquez, lied and scammed me of $2,700 of rental income, leaving my luxury condo unit damaged and a mess and not paying his February rent on purpose while I actually was on an international trip! He is a liar and thief who uses your company to scam and convince people to let him live there rent free and bring your furniture to their properties! To gain their trust! He had occupied my condo with your furniture, then left my condo damaged! I actually allowed him to buy a "house for his family" without credit as a favor and he used my kindness to financially abuse me and my own new business income!Instead of kindly telling me he couldn't pay before I traveled so I could have my rental ad up for my OWN marketing! We are now at a risk of losing $5500 because he cannot MAKE honest decisions!Based on this type of lying and behavior for your employees, I give you a ONE STAR for quality of talent and how they use their "employment" to secure rental properties then deplete the owner's finances! I will ONLY remove this post once he has paid me the FULL amount of missing income he stole from me! If this is the kind of business you operate, a family of thieves shame on you!

We got off to a bit of a rocky start, but the company made all the changes I requested, and the staging ended up being beautiful. My buyer loved the furniture, and even asked where she could buy some of the pieces. In the end, my townhouse sold for about $45k more than any other similar unit in my development! And, this is with rising interest rates and the market cooling off. I believe the staging made a big difference.

Horrible company. Run and dont stop. The owner told me he lost millions and couldnt refund me even though he acknowledged his director ******* dropped the ball many times on my project. I am quoting the owner she has called in sick more then she has worked in 2022. Had to get an attorney to ****

Where do I begin. I went to this company to hire a designer as I just remodeled my condo. It was a simple black and white theme where I just needed a little color added with pictures and rugs - simple you would think for a designer and a little more challenging for a single guy like myself. I was given designer #1 at the beginning and she was very good at taking the deposit of $2800 and then proceeded on doing little to nothing in a month's time to only find out she gave her 2 weeks notice a short time back. So onto designer #2 who was very aggressive and if you didn't like her suggestions she kept pushing them on you until the point of irritation. She had zero concept of the Modern style I was looking for even after I showed her over 100 pictures of rugs, paintings, and designs that were exactly my type. On top of it, they then charged me an additional $2800 and didn't think I would notice it (but I did). Owner "claimed" it was an error as we agreed upon only $2800 and not $5600.At this point I had a long call with Paul, the owner, who is a very nice guy. He wanted to make it right so he put his Director, Ashley, on my job as well as coming over himself to look at the condo. We seem to be going in the right direction as Ashley got back to me with some ideas (mostly suggestions I picked out and she confirmed which is fine) but then she fell off the face of the earth too. I kept emailing her and got nothing but excuses and apologies for the next couple of months with no work accomplished, no items ordered. I reached out once again to Paul to let him know my disappointment and then was assigned a brand new designer (once again) to where I had to start from scratch and go over all the ideas again. This new designer, Khalik, has yet to respond to any of my emails, nor has Ashley the Director. My suggestion is to one, never use this company, and two, if you do happen to use them, DO NOT PAY A DEPOSIT IN ADVANCE as you will never see your work completed, will never get a return call, and will be totally disappointed. If my work ever does get completed I will update my review but as of now it's been 7 mos to complete a 2 week job - Very sad.Update 7-18 - Spoke with Ashley who now claims after 7 months that she has no recollection of agreeing to do the design work. Well, I guess I'm confused as that is what she was hired for. She says that she was only paid to send "links" to me and not advise.....very weird company here. When the owner Paul was over at my condo he mentioned that he was losing millions with his business and I can see why when he has employees like he does.Update 8-2 - owner Paul says company is sold to an overseas company with designers in India. No wonder my work never got done or calls returned. Update 8-12 - owner Paul agreed to pay for the items ordered and a payment plan for the $2800. On the day he scheduled for the items to be picked up and returned, he cancelled the pickup and said he wasn't paying the $2800. Once again, Paul (owner) is not a man of his word. Do NOT use this company Next step is the attorney to resolve. Do NOT put a deposit down with this company EVER.Please check out their downgrade and review from the Better Business Bureau as well.

My real estate agent's firm highly recommended Phoenix Rising Home Staging for luxury condo units. So, I requested this company and another to come out and sell me their ideas/terms/prices. Both companies work with ultra-high end real estate, and have designers on hand to attractively style the home with furnishings. I was particularly partial to Phoenix because of Hannah. While the prices of both companies were comparable, the contractual terms were less favorable with Phoenix; however, I really liked Hannah. She has an art background, and does design for a living. She was impressed by the art in my unit, and knew a good deal about quite a number of them (impressive!). I had to commit to 5months of rent for Phoenix's furniture, at about $2200/month, even knowing my unit would sell in a month or so. 2 of the 3 bedrooms were staged, along with the public rooms. The alternative high-end staging company had a one month commitment of $5K, with each subsequent month being prorated by day (@ $2K/month). This alternative company didn't have Hannah, though, and her design eye. I took the bite and committed to Phoenix knowing my gorgeous unit would sell in a month (it did!), and I am glad I did. Thank you Phoenix Rising, and Hannah!

I've used Phoenix staging 3 times. Each time it led to a successful sale and the quotes were more than fair. The furniture was staged well and the staging was always smooth-install and pickup. Not sure about the other reviews that aren't 5 stars. Never had a problem, they offered flexibility and excellent customer service. Always a person to talk to for any minimal issue-and always taken care of. Highly recommended.

Phoenix Rising did an amazing job staging a very unique space for me. It sold in one day!! As a realtor, I believe staging is sometimes one of the best investments that can be made when selling a home. I highly recommend Phoenix Rising.

Shoppers Beware - they sell used furniture at new furniture prices! I purchased a lamp, chair and 2 rugs from Phoenix Rising with a condo they had staged. I was an out of town buyer so I wasn't able to adequately inspect the quality. I understand that's on me, but I believed I was purchasing new furniture. I obviously purchased used furniture based on the quality (makes sense now because they must have moved it multiple times staging other places, I guess). They also told the previous owner of the condo that I didn't buy the rugs and it took me over a month to receive them. So, I had problems with all 4 items I purchased from them....
