Maria or her boss actually called Des Plaines police on a Waukegan, Chicago and Cook County, police chaplain.
She told them that I was there for an excessive amount of time.
I asked the 2 officers if I could show them my Uber app.
It said that I arrived 75 minutes before and I also showed them receipts for items purchased.
They laughed and said that I was free to go.
I did straight across Busse Highway to Metro storage.
Awesome people.

I have been a long time customer with Public Storage...around 20 years!!! I've required storage for my traveling with work needs.
I must share the most AMAZING experience..ever! The Des Plaines location is truly a shining star...Maria-manager , I believe, has been so incredible with knowledge and customer servicing that it's almost pain free to rent storage! She ALWAYS goes out of her way to assist, no matter how busy she is, or even if its past her shift time...she always comes thru!!! Even tho this storage unit is under my daughters name, we have the same last names. As I am getting older, and tiring, I am now on oxygen 24/7 due to an illness, and I do become concerned without items and where we will store them-for awhile-however I always find myself going back to Public Storage-however only when I meet up with a great customer servicing management, as Maria! I have been approached by competitors in the self storage industry...but due to Maria's kindness I shall remain at this location.
Thank you Maria, for your kindness,concerns of my health and knowledge of self storage...I cant imagine where I would be with out you!!!!

We have had our storage since Public Storage took over and Maria has helped me with every issue we have had she goes above and beyond for her customers if she cant fix the issue herself i guarantee she will find a way to fix it for you. The facility is clean and secure i HIGHLY recommend this location.
