7 years was very well pleased with the Manager Robert and the immaculate condition of storage units and moving carts. & overall condition of building . Lighting was very bright and security was very good ! I would highly recommend to store your items here, and 2 of my friends did also !

The agent representing this establishment made the difference. Mr. Robert was confident, knowledgeable, trustworthy and especially polite! He made me feel assured by his professionalism and spunk. Right away I felt this storage facility was a notch above the competition, so crisp and clean — and especially with the loading dock in the rear.I feel relieved, especially after hauling equipment; or after paying my bill. Mr. Robert is always availing; he understands this facility from a corporate perspective and from the customers’.The facility was equally promising: crystal clean and well equipped. ACCESS HOURS MEAN EVERYTHING, for my busy lifestyle. Safeguard Storage had everything I needed; it’s available all the time! Thanks!

I CAN'T SPEAK HIGHER ABOUT THIS PLACE!!! If you are an avid storage user/in and out of your storage facility often ; THEN THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!! It has the BEST MANAGER BAR NONE!!!! ROBERT HAS MADE MY BUISNESS BETTER BECAUSE OF HIS HELP, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE!!!Total game changer, with a loading dock, state of the art facilities and the best staff I've ever worked with! If your in the northwest suburbs of Chicago or in and out of Ohare THEN MAKE SAFEGUARD STORAGE YOUR ONLY STORAGE SPACE!!!

I’ve never used a storage space before so when I searched and found this location; From start to finish (end of service) this was the most professional and clean experience I’ve had! Comfort with belongings and security. Robert was VERY informative throughout the whole process. Gave a full tour! Answered every question, no problem whatsoever. Inquired about a unit. Robert called us to give more information and to tie up loose ends, we went the following day to look, Robert showed us everything and left us with no questions to ask, As he answered everything while he was showing us the unit. He’s very thorough and made sure we understood everything. Robert is the manager very helpful and clear. he keeps the building super clean, overall Robert went above and beyond what we asked for and couldn’t be happier. Will recommend anyone to this location.

Have been a customer for more than two years. I have always found this location to be very clean and tidy and a good temperature. Up to four hand trucks are available in the entrance for my movements between car and locker. Front office has always been helpful whenever I needed anything. Annual increases are announced well in advance. I am a very satisfied customer.
