We moved around a few times and tried other groomers but my Pumpkin is happiest here. She had developed an aversion to getting her nails cut, she wouldn’t even let the vet cut them. But today she is looking fine. She had a bath, nails groomed, teeth brushed and got a cute glow in the dark bandana.. She’s happy, I’m happy.. I really appreciate the work they do.

My cousin and I have been using "Splash and Dash: services on weekly basis for our three Maltese dogs for grooming and bathing for over 2 years. At the begging we were happy with the services until this summer when their groomer Annett and store manager Sherry left. We both have sent many referrals to Splash and Dash and have purchased many products from the store weekly in addition to the monthly memberships and additional cost for teeth brushing and haircuts. During the two years of service to our gods there were multiple incidents such as ear infections and a cut to my cousins dog’s leg during grooming service for which the dog had to receive stitches. The worst incident of all happened on 10/17/2024 when my cousin took her little dog (5 pound Maltese) to Splash and Dash for a haircut and the groomer cut 3 inches out of the dog’s entire right ear. Splash and Dash did not notify us of this incident and they tried to hide the evidence by putting two bowls on the dog’s ears which was very unusual hair style. At first we all thought " what a cute hair style" and took the dog home. Later my cousin noticed the right ear of the dog was cut and was unnoticeable at first sight due to the dog's long hair. The ear was cut in half than it looked like it was glued back on by Splash and Dash. She immediately took the dog to the vet and the vet confirmed the ear's tip was cut off (detached) and glue back on. That cut part of the ear is dead due to no circulation and eventually will fall out. My cousin did go to Splash and Dash with the doctor's report, and they denied everything and acted as the incident did not happened. The owner Bill was very rude to both of us when we tried to seek explanation of what happened and why we were not notified of this incident immediately. Splash and Dash refusing to take responsibility. Now my cousin has a dog with half a ear and medical bills for which Splash and Dash did not even offer to pay. They did not even offer to refund the monthly membership for that month or the amount she paid for what looks like a very painful hair cut to the dog.

Horrible communication; don't value their loyal customer; this groomer is not worth taking your loved one, as they don't treat them with respect and kindness and have no patience. On top of miscommunication with the owner, they take forever to groom.
