  Have a hitch instillation scheduled, and they rescheduled my date and time based upon their convenience without even contacting me. Poor customer service.

  What a P O S. I reserved a truck for 24 hours over the phone a week ago when I got there they said they were booked and I could only have it for 8 hours so you lay to people and screw them over I went Penske and got a truck they were great you lost a nother customer
