U-Haul Storage of O'Hare is a huge location with two lots. The staff is super helpful and quick to assist. The facility is very secure, clean, convenient, and priced competitively. Security features include two keypads for entry, a very loud alarm that activates if the keypad is not used, and lots of security cameras everywhere. There are also pull alarms throughout the hallways. The entire facility is clean with no dust or debris, and the bathrooms are clean. The elevator to the second floor is large and runs well, with lots of modern and easy rolling handcarts available. There are several individual parking slots behind large garage doors for use in inclement weather or when moving lots of stuff. The facility offers 24/7 access, which is super convenient and very secure at night. The temperature and low humidity inside are controlled and perfect. The location is entirely automated with 24-hour access. Customers report feeling safe and happy with their experience, noting it is one of the top U-Hauls they have been to.
Very good customer service every time I go there I am happy. The trucks are clean and ready to use .people working. There are very nice and very helpful.

I’ve been with Public Storage for many years and the price is ridiculous. It only goes higher and higher. I switched over to U-Haul. The staff is friendly. The facility is beautiful and the price is perfect. I will definitely recommend U-Haul to everyone and never go back to Public Storage again.
