The best location ever! They are always so patient with me and so fast! Dez I think is her name was extremely helpful this past time I had a bunch of packages to return and helped me so much. 10/10 recommend this location for their service and great customer support!

Desiree C manager of the UPS store in Des plaines was very, very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me with the notary, managing my email access and sending doc. I will definitely come back to this store and UPS is lucky to have such an amazing manager!

I drive out of my way to come to this UPS store! The rep Lally is do good at what she does. She is very efficient, doesn’t waste any time and get her job done. I love the fact that I am in and out even if I have multiple returns.
She is great!!! Also, she is super polite!
Lally you are the reason I come to this UPS store for my returns!

I am taking back my reviews.
Edit: Don’t go to this store. They did lost my packages. I need to do redo with all with other carrier companies.
Called customer service and says UPS never received package. This UPS stores says it’s left from store.
You kind of stuck in to this loop.
If you are time sensitive package. Don’t trust or go there. They’ll not like you if you go back and ask simple question related your package.

This review is for Ms Lally!!! I came in behind a lady with at least 20 returnees from her bachelorette party. So many items !! Ms Lally handled her business and left no crumbs on the floor!! She was multi tasking with my needs ,the bachelorettes needs ,and another lady on computer. It was amazing!! And she was super pleasant through all those transactions!!! And it was 9 in the morning!! I deliver customer service everyday because I provide it also. It was sooooo very refreshing to see a young lady with such great work ethic. I have 4 granddaughters, I can only hope they are happy and great people like Ms Lally. OMG she is the most efficient employee I have met in along time. I work in an industry where we do not get recognized unless it’s a bad situation. This is not that!! Please Ms. Desiree take the time and money(raise) to let Ms Lally recognize what a great service she is providing. She needs cudos in form of payment. She deserves a raise for being a great representative of your company. Please, please make employees aware when they are doing the right things. I will continue to be a customer for I might get Ms Lally to wait on me again . At least I know that is one part of my day that will go smoothly. Thank you Ms Lally look forward to seeing you again. I have to say it was not only a positive experience but the customer service was excellent. Lilly and Desiree went out of their way for a small package I had to return. More expensive, but I personally have never received that kind of customer service and a willing to help and go out of their way. They are worth it.!!

Went in to do some amazon returns and Tannor helped me. Made my returns too easy. Every time I go in there I get the pleasure of dealing with him. Friendly face to the company is always FRESH
