I called a PNC branch previously to get a single-page document notarized (a free service offered by most banks). PNC said they they only notarize PNC-related documents. I called this US Bank branch instead and Trina readily scheduled for me to come in which was within 30 minutes of the call. I went to the bank (my first time at this branch) and encountered a couple of friendly faces as I walked in. Trina herself did the notarization quite quickly and very professionally. What a great service!

The girls were all wonderful and and helpful. Francesca is simply amazing. She took care of my banking issues and was extremely patient/caring with answering all my concerns and questions.

This branch has different hours and closes earlier now. Online, the site says your drive-through windows are open until 5:30 on weekdays. So I hurried in rush hour after work to make it on time, yet the drive-through was closed BEFORE 5:30, even on Fridays! Try listing the CORRECT hours you are open for your customers! Inconvenient hours.
