Hands down, best set of nails I've ever had. Included are the fresh pictures and after 2 weeks. I'm really hard on my hands because of work. No chips. Nothing. They're still perfect. My nail beds have just grown out. The decals were a first for me and I'm super impressed. I will tell everyone to go here.Services: Nail decals

This nail shop was my to-go place. I called and asked Jenny if I could be there in 45 min. To which she replied rudely “I'm busy come in one hour” it was fine I thought she is having a bad day. I got there in 40 min, and when I arrived she told me it took me 1 hour, I replied no it didn't I showed her my phone and said see it was 40 min, and she said well my person canceled. HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT??? Tony always does my nails and is always so kind but I had already noticed Jenny has a big attitude and is always mad. I left and never came back, sorry for Tony he is so kind.Service: Nail extensions

This was my first time getting acrylic nails, I was rather excited due to some of the reviews raving about the place. When I first got my nails they were absolutely amazing, though these weren't the design I originally wanted, and had to settle for something else.My Nail technician was Jenny, and she seemed like she could care less about what she was doing, and just wanted to get my appointment over with. While applying the base nail to trim to apply the actual acrylic, I had said I wanted medium length nails, and she cut them rather short. I spoke up about this and in her words, I quote, "well its too late, there's no going back." I was a little taken aback at first when I heard this and just watched her continue cutting the nails. The salon had a very small selection of nail colors available, and as a result, limited the nail technicians in what they could do. Jenny also seemed to lack experience when it came to designed/designing nails, even though she proclaimed she had several years of practice. While Jenny was doing my nails she was being rather rough with my hands, pulling them forward and twisting my fingers in uncomfortable ways. Truthfully, I nervous to say anything about this as I felt like she wouldn't care/would become rougher with my hands/fingers. She started the design on my righthand and the flowers and lines look pretty good in my opinion, but when it came time for my left hand the quality of the flowers and lines was rather poor.I got these done Monday and the nails didn't even last a whole week. My first nail, (right pinky) popped off first, which confused me, as I was told acrylic nails should last at least one full week, maybe two. I assumed it had been my fault and just glued it back on. A couple hours later three more of my nails (left pinky, left ring, and right ring) popped off. I paid $45 for these nails and for them to not even last a full week is rather upsetting in my opinion. The outside of the building is also in a difficult place to find and honestly looks a little shady. But, I will say the place seemed very well maintained and was decorated nicely when you enter. Over all, my experience with this place was rather underwhelming and I will not be visiting this salon again. I had originally planned waiting at least a full week before I would consider writing a review, but with my experience with getting my nails done, I just knew that I couldn't wait a week. I will be getting my nails done else where in the future, and I recommend others do as well.

I asked the lady to apply the ombre technique on my nails. I showed her a picture! My nails are natural so I didn't need tips, except in just one nail. I just wanted the acrylic on top of my nails. She said yes, but that in that specific technique, it cost $ 50. I said ok. the result was awful. She had no idea how to do the technique! You guys can say you don't know how to do it and is ok, and there's no problem! Don’t pretend to pleased everyone. And for the ladys or ppl who are reading the reviews before go this place please. Do your OMBRÉ NAILS in another place!Services: Gel manicures

Jenny’s attitude has, after 23 years, turned me away from their business and has pushed me to become a customer elsewhere knowing that I will be treated with kindness and respect. Tony and Henry have always been very polite and kind to me whenever I would go there and I am very sad that after 23 years I will no longer see them.I called to make an appointment for a pedicure this Saturday with Henry and a filling with Jenny, which I was looking forward to. Henry has always done great work, is very kind, and treats me like a good friend. I then received a call two days later from Jenny saying that Henry is on vacation until Monday, so he is unable to do the pedicure. I asked Jenny if she would be able to do my pedicure in addition to the filling. She was EXTREMELY rude to me and stated that she would not take me, she is booked up and that there is NOTHING that I can do for you and then abruptly hung up the phone. I was very disturbed by this and called back to see why she did that. I asked, very calmly “Why do you talk to me like this? Are you trying to get rid of me?” to which she shouted “YES” and then hung up the phone again. I was very saddened by this and tried calling back later just to clear the air. She will not pick up my phone calls or respond to my texts, so I will not be going there ever again.Tony, if you are reading this, I will miss going to your shop to see you and Henry, but Jenny left me no choice but to leave as she told me flat out that she doesn’t make any money from me. Is that really how you treat your customers after 23 years? I once considered Jenny a friend and hoped that she would understand that I take care of my grandchildren now, so I don’t have as much time to come as often as before. Again, nothing against you Tony. You are a very kind person. Thank you for all that you have done over the past 23 years.
