“I always like to patronize a family owned business, especially when the family is as nice as this one! They are always so welcoming and helpful, and have good specials for multiple item purchases. The location in downtown Des Plaines is near where I work so that makes it easy for me to shop on my lunch break.”

“I will be back. I had spoke to someone at the store who said something was in stock yesterday . I drove over 30 minutes today to get a specific product that had JUST been sold out. Needless to say, I was crabby as heck and VERY MUCH appreciate their patience. Long story short, I gave them a bottom dollar for an alternative option and they agreed to it. Made a 180 turn around to help fix it as best as possible. Will ABSOLUTELY BE BACK..”
